Aquesta \u00e9s una de les aportacions de <strong>Mark Fisher<\/strong> a la reflexi\u00f3 sobre les condicions pr\u00f2pies imposades pel capitalisme tard\u00e0 i la postmodernitat al nostre temps<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. Traslladat al m\u00f3n educatiu, m\u00f3n que Fisher coneixia prou b\u00e9, la m\u00e0xima es tradueix en professors fent tota mena de funcions (psic\u00f2legs, orientadors laborals, assessors paterns, mentors, monitoratges, etc.) que, ficcionadament, <strong>han substitu\u00eft la funci\u00f3 instructora i transmissora de coneixements<\/strong> que defineix la seva tasca. Sabem del cert que totes aquestes funcions no pot fer-les adequadament el professorat, per manca de formaci\u00f3 i per manca de temps. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 sabem que en el marc mental de la societat no s\u2019ent\u00e9n que un docent no afronti, amb valentia, tots els reptes i desafiaments que li reporta la seva feina i que, en un context de precarietats i pen\u00faries socials com l\u2019actual, redunda en alumnes amb majors necessitats educatives que mai.<\/p>\n<p>Simb\u00f2licament, doncs, li atribu\u00efm al docent qualitats m\u00e9s pr\u00f2pies de superheroi<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> del <strong>assistencialisme social<\/strong> que del mestre garantidor de la continu\u00eftat d\u2019una tradici\u00f3 cultural i del saber que la caracteritza, tal com es feia en temps pret\u00e8rits. La realitat, per\u00f2, s\u2019entossudeix a mostrar una caiguda cont\u00ednua de la qualitat de l\u2019ensenyament impartit a les aules p\u00fabliques catalanes. En part, la caiguda s\u2019explica per la manca de recursos -la famosa educaci\u00f3 inclusiva aplicada, a casa nostra, sense invertir el m\u00ednim necessari per acomplir amb els seus elevats prop\u00f2sits socials i morals- per\u00f2 en part \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d\u2019avantposar la ficci\u00f3 d\u2019una tasca impossible d\u2019acomplir, a saber, que l\u2019alumnat cada cop m\u00e9s precaritzat en coneixements i procediments assoleixi les anhelades compet\u00e8ncies que estableixen els curr\u00edculums pedag\u00f2gics. Com que la ficci\u00f3 de la capacitaci\u00f3 del alumnat s\u2019ha de mantenir a qualsevol preu, els docents -quan no ho fa el mateix sistema pedag\u00f2gic<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>&#8211; tendim a relaxar els est\u00e0ndards avaluatius amb els que atorguem titulacions o promocions de curs. Fem veure, finalment, que el pas per l\u2019aula durant el temps escolar estipulat amb pr\u00e0ctiques metodol\u00f2giques \u2018xupiguais\u2019 pensades m\u00e9s per entretenir i distreure que per treballar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i la cognici\u00f3 servir\u00e0 per suplir l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de sabers que l\u2019escola hauria de promoure, ocultant la ignor\u00e0ncia indu\u00efda a la que, realment, aboquem a l\u2019alumnat m\u00e9s vulnerable, aquell que no t\u00e9 una xarxa familiar o social capa\u00e7 de compensar els no-aprenentatges acad\u00e8mics amb els que finalitza els seus estudis.<\/p>\n<p>La realitat de l\u2019escola catalana \u00e9s, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, que les creences simb\u00f2liques que el <strong>pedagogisme<\/strong> i les institucions de gesti\u00f3 p\u00fablica construeixen serveixen m\u00e9s per ocultar, maquillar i disfressar els fets que tots veiem a diari a les aules que per impulsar els canvis educatius que diuen perseguir. Quan el real ja no s\u2019ajusta al relat que s\u2019imposa des de dalt, el m\u00e9s assenyat sempre \u00e9s canviar de relat, a fi de tornar a sotmetre l\u2019ordre simb\u00f2lic a l\u2019ordre de la realitat. Aix\u00f2 diu, almenys una de les regles d\u2019aquella moral provisional que <strong>Descartes<\/strong> adoptava en el seu <em>Discurs del M\u00e8tode<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>, just quan tractava de donar a con\u00e8ixer el nou simbolisme racionalista que marcaria l\u2019adveniment de la modernitat. Els nostres experts educatius, en canvi, fan mans i m\u00e0nigues per amagar la realitat rere un simbolisme pseudocient\u00edfic amarat de tecno-fe en les miraculoses arts taumat\u00fargiques de les <strong>intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncies artificials<\/strong> i els futurs aven\u00e7os de les neuroci\u00e8ncies que, aplicades amb els m\u00e8todes emotivistes ja esmentats, conduiran als nostres infants a la plena capacitaci\u00f3 sense gaireb\u00e9 ni esfor\u00e7ar-se.<\/p>\n<p>Res que no encaixi amb altres simbolismes posats en funcionament per fingir m\u00e9s que per mostrar el real que habitem. Aix\u00ed, ens podem tamb\u00e9 aturar en el tractament de les not\u00edcies que fan els mitjans, sobretot aquells que s\u2019aguanten gr\u00e0cies a les subvencions p\u00fabliques o que formen part de multinacionals de l\u2019entreteniment i la comunicaci\u00f3, mobilitzant estrat\u00e8gies m\u00e9s pr\u00f2pies de la propaganda i el m\u00e0rqueting que de la veracitat i l\u2019objectivitat del periodisme, tal com hem vist, darrerament, amb el pacte signat pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i els sindicats UGT i CCOO, venut com un gran acord de pa\u00eds, que far\u00e0 avan\u00e7ar l\u2019educaci\u00f3, en lloc d\u2019analitzar-ho a fons per mostrar les falsedats que el converteixen en una nova atzagaiada que precaritza encara m\u00e9s als docents i draconitza els recursos reals a invertir en l\u2019escola<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El perill de fer dependre la realitat del <strong>simbolisme constru\u00eft<\/strong> per ocultar-la \u00e9s que el cinisme s\u2019escampi, vencent tota resist\u00e8ncia, fins deturar l\u2019esperit cr\u00edtic, convertit en deixalla d\u2019abocador, tot i la permanent invocaci\u00f3 que els nostres pol\u00edtics li fan en ares de preservar el simbolisme democr\u00e0tic en el que viuen. Quan tot \u00e9s ficci\u00f3, incl\u00fas la democr\u00e0cia, estem m\u00e9s a prop que mai del marc mental totalitari. La <strong>infantilitzaci\u00f3 del jovent<\/strong>, amb ficcions educatives paralitzants m\u00e9s que emancipadores, sempre ha sigut el primer viarany a seguir per arribar-hi. El segon, fer-nos creure que no hi ha alternativa, que no hi ha altra forma de veure la realitat escolar que la que ens imposen amb el seu reformisme. Destapar aquesta ficci\u00f3 \u00e9s l\u2019objectiu de fons de la lluita que els docents estem duent a terme enguany. I el que est\u00e0 en joc no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s la realitat de la nostra professi\u00f3, sin\u00f3 tot el marc simb\u00f2lic que li dona sentit al fet educatiu, \u00e9s a dir, la garantia real que la capacitaci\u00f3 assolida pel nostre jovent, en el seu pas per l\u2019escola, no els acabi convertint en nous c\u00ednics que perpetu\u00efn la ficci\u00f3 en la que vivim.<\/p>\n<p>___<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mark Fisher, <em>Capitalist Realism.
