El seu assaig el sustenta una idea b\u00e0sica: durant la hist\u00f2ria de la Humanitat, els projectes imperials s&#8217;han oposat als projectes governatius, de manera que podem explicar les cru\u00eflles pol\u00edtiques des de l&#8217;arribada de l&#8217;<em>Homo Sapiens <\/em>i els faraons fins als carrers de Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>En les seves conclusions, ens explica que &#8220;tots i cadascun d&#8217;aquests <strong>poders imperials<\/strong> sempre han tingut necessitat d&#8217;una cosa: de produir homogene\u00eftat mental capa\u00e7 de garantir l&#8217;obedi\u00e8ncia dels sotmesos. Del primer fins a l&#8217;\u00faltim, des dels faraons fins a Trump, han intentat crear una teologia pol\u00edtica, una uni\u00f3 ferma de religi\u00f3 i pol\u00edtica capa\u00e7 de governar els cossos i les \u00e0nimes. per domesticar tant com sigui possible la llibertat humana\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I, atenci\u00f3 a aquest par\u00e0graf clau, afegeix a continuaci\u00f3: &#8220;Tota forma de domesticar la llibertat tendir\u00e0 sempre a limitar el treball ps\u00edquic aut\u00f2nom de l&#8217;individu singular. El mitj\u00e0 de dominaci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00e0nima m\u00e9s efectiu \u00e9s la <strong>generaci\u00f3 de desorientaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Quan la confusi\u00f3 regna en el psiquisme, sempre es promour\u00e0 l&#8217;autoritat sense restriccions d&#8217;alg\u00fa.&#8221; Aquest \u00e9s el veritable sentit de les <strong>reformes competencials<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 al nostre pa\u00eds: retallar el \u201ctreball ps\u00edquic\u201d, anul\u00b7lar qualsevol vel\u00b7le\u00eftat d&#8217;autonomia personal, imposar l&#8217;estandarditzaci\u00f3 mental, instaurar un estat permanent de confusi\u00f3 a l&#8217;estudiant i al docent.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>emotivisme<\/strong> que presideix les nostres pol\u00edtiques pedag\u00f2giques queda aix\u00ed desemmascarat: \u201cD&#8217;altra banda, enmig de la confusi\u00f3, la manifestaci\u00f3 pulsional \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s probable, la qual cosa t\u00e9 l&#8217;avantatge de proporcionar al subjecte una certa sensaci\u00f3 de llibertat, per\u00f2, com sabem, la manifestaci\u00f3 pulsional \u00e9s la m\u00e9s distant de qualsevol comprensi\u00f3 madura de la llibertat. Perqu\u00e8 la pulsi\u00f3 sempre obra contra el propi subjecte: \u00e9s una forma molt m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 que el terror per a dominar-lo\u201d. A l&#8217;antiga societat disciplin\u00e0ria, n&#8217;hi havia prou amb la policia i amb els docents s\u00e0dics. Actualment, l&#8217;anul\u00b7laci\u00f3 individual es produeix per la saturaci\u00f3 libidinal i la propaganda anarco-capitalista.<\/p>\n<p>Quin \u00e9s el paper de les noves tecnologies en tot aix\u00f2? Villaca\u00f1as t\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 una resposta per a aix\u00f2: &#8220;El programa de domesticaci\u00f3 de la llibertat se serveix, avui com ahir, de les innovacions t\u00e8cniques. A l&#8217;Antiguitat va ser el ferro, la roda, l&#8217;estrep, cosa que imposava obedi\u00e8ncia amb el terror de la guerra. Despr\u00e9s, la innovaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica va estar relacionada amb l&#8217;art d&#8217;aconseguir la cura de les \u00e0nimes, la capacitat d&#8217;eliminar angoixes, pors, d\u2019oferir autoritats enfront del desordre i el caos mental, mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 neurosis i psicosis col\u00b7lectives a trav\u00e9s de formes absolutes de fe. La finalitat fou sempre la mateixa: que el secret interior de les \u00e0nimes pogu\u00e9s ser reconegut, controlat i revelat al poder per tal de prevenir les seves accions i garantir l\u2019obedi\u00e8ncia\u201d. La seva proposta \u00e9s inequ\u00edvoca: la IA i unes xarxes trufades de toxicitat formen avui la \u201cteologia pol\u00edtica\u201d m\u00e9s adequada per a la \u201cdomesticaci\u00f3 de la llibertat\u201d, aquesta fallida de l&#8217;esperit hum\u00e0 i la seva capacitat per a auto-definir-se, generar confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua i conviure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El pedagogisme va arribar per a sotmetre&#8217;ns i convertir-nos en \u00e9ssers d\u00f2cils<\/strong>. Insistim en all\u00f2 que ens sembla essencial: el pedagogisme i la seva modalitat competencial, orientada cap al que anomenem \u201c<em>empleabilitat<\/em>\u201d, constitueixen el dispositiu concret de la \u201cteologia pol\u00edtica\u201d actual, imperial i globalista. Als nostres Imperis (EUA, Xina, R\u00fassia) ja no els interessa tant conquerir els nostres territoris com sotmetre les nostres ments, i aquesta \u00e9s la veritable funci\u00f3 de les noves tecnologies i les burocr\u00e0cies pedagogistes que hi estan associades. Que aquestes es presentin com a eines per al progr\u00e9s i l&#8217;emancipaci\u00f3 ja ens hauria de comen\u00e7ar a produir riure i prevenci\u00f3. L&#8217;avantatge de les reflexions de Villaca\u00f1as, i la seva originalitat, consisteix en el llan\u00e7ament d&#8217;aquesta alerta: <strong>una tecnologia que substitueix la nostra consci\u00e8ncia i la nostra llibertat de pensament<\/strong> per modismes automatitzats i informaci\u00f3 mutilada i esbiaixada sistem\u00e0ticament, orientada cap a la generaci\u00f3 de fanatisme extremista, no t\u00e9 absolutament res d&#8217;innocent.
