La ponent explica qu\u00e8 cal fer quan un alumne entra en crisi durant una classe; segons ella els gestos davant d\u2019un acte de viol\u00e8ncia \u201chan d\u2019assemblar-se m\u00e9s a una abra\u00e7ada\u201d que a un gest de reconvenci\u00f3. Ja anem comprenent que la din\u00e0mica oficial, dins del context d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 radical oficial avui, \u00e9s eliminar l\u2019esperit de les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia i entrar de ple en un context nou de naturalesa terap\u00e8utica, ras i curt: <strong>abra\u00e7ades en comptes de sancions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hi podr\u00edem estar d\u2019acord&#8230; si no ens arribessin casos de docents que han estat expedientats per col\u00b7locar una m\u00e0 sobre una espatlla a un alumne. Us imagineu qu\u00e8 li podria passar a un docent actual a Catalunya si es dediqu\u00e9s a repartir abra\u00e7ades o gestos semblants a abra\u00e7ades? No duraria ni quinze dies, tal i com est\u00e0 l\u2019ambient. Un ambient tens, juridificat, francament hostil, on el docent t\u00e9 por d\u2019actuar perqu\u00e8 cada vegada \u00e9s expedientat per motius m\u00e9s f\u00fatils.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no s\u00f3n aquestes paraules les m\u00e9s desconcertants, o greus, o surrealistes. Explica la ponent, uns minuts despr\u00e9s, per qu\u00e8 no pot ser considerada \u201cviol\u00e8ncia\u201d la viol\u00e8ncia d\u2019una persona diagnosticada amb alguna afecci\u00f3 de tipus mental. Argumenta, \u00f2bviament, que no hi ha intencionalitat, o que hi ha un altre tipus d\u2019intencionalitat quan passa que un alumne que necessita un tipus molt concret d\u2019<strong>atenci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica<\/strong> agredeix un docent. Ser inclusius, ens explica, es obliga a <strong>canviar la mirada<\/strong> envers aquests incidents.<\/p>\n<p>La simplificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s evident, i les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies, grav\u00edssimes. Podr\u00edem arribar a estar d\u2019acord amb la irresponsabilitat dels agressors, per\u00f2 el docent no pateix menys en un cas desgraciat com aquests, casos que malauradament abunden cada cop m\u00e9s. La ponent <strong>proposa cursets de formaci\u00f3 de sis hores<\/strong> (en diuen \u201cc\u00e0psules de saber\u201d) per tal d\u2019afrontar aquest tipus de situacions. La vella can\u00e7\u00f3 de sempre. Per\u00f2 ning\u00fa no es fixa ni es pronuncia sobre els efectes dels incidents violents sobre el docent, totalment desprotegit. Una gran part de les <strong>baixes laborals per estr\u00e8s<\/strong>, ansietat o depressi\u00f3 actualment provenen d\u2019aqu\u00ed: el docent rep viol\u00e8ncia i la resposta del sistema i la xarxa \u00e9s cap, zero, res. El sistema t\u00e9 tend\u00e8ncia a responsabilitzar el docent de la viol\u00e8ncia rebuda, i en no pocs casos arriba a ser el docent qui rep l\u2019expedient disciplinari, quan no paraules suspicaces.<\/p>\n<p>Les implicacions encara van molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0. Tenim autoritzaci\u00f3, estem protegits jur\u00eddicament a l\u2019hora d\u2019intervenir en una crisi de tipus mental? Per a il\u00b7lustrar a qu\u00e8 em refereixo posar\u00e9 dos exemples de la vida real, observats en un centre real, precisament per a intentar argumentar que el Departament est\u00e0, precisament, fora de la realitat.<\/p>\n<p>Un professor de gu\u00e0rdia sent una crid\u00f2ria ins\u00f2lita en una classe de tercer d\u2019ESO; el rebombori \u00e9s monumental. Quan entra a mirar qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant, troba un <strong>alumne amb un diagn\u00f2stic TEA<\/strong> <strong>escanyant la companya de catal\u00e0<\/strong>. L\u2019alumnat es divideix en dos: la part que estimula l\u2019escanyament, tot cofoi, i l\u2019altra part que s\u2019aixeca esgarrifada de la cadira i intenta demanar ajuda. La docent de catal\u00e0 ha estat redu\u00efda contra la paret, i un alumne clarament m\u00e9s fort i m\u00e9s cepat l\u2019est\u00e0, senzillament, escanyant. <strong>El docent de gu\u00e0rdia protegeix la companya i bloca l\u2019alumne<\/strong>. La docent, naturalment, ja no tornar\u00e0 al centre. Despr\u00e9s intenta calmar l\u2019alumne fora de l\u2019aula, al passad\u00eds, on interv\u00e9 un orientador que \u00e9s psic\u00f2leg.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9: aturem-nos. T\u00e9 dret a intervenir aquest docent de gu\u00e0rdia? Moralment s\u00ed, jur\u00eddicament no. S\u2019est\u00e0 jugant la feina evitant un acte de viol\u00e8ncia. Que l\u2019agressor no sigui imputable ni responsable no mitiga el dany: en aquella classe no s\u2019est\u00e0 aprenent res, cada dia hi ha incidents semblants, els docents acaben defugint les classes, demanant baixes, el sistema nom\u00e9s reacciona amb paraules buides, quan no amb amenaces. La companya de catal\u00e0 t\u00e9 dret a fer la seva feina sense ser escanyada. I el colof\u00f3: el mateix docent passa un dia per casualitat pel repl\u00e0 d\u2019aquella classe de tercer, l\u2019alumne de l\u2019altre dia surt corrent de l\u2019aula i es vol llen\u00e7ar pel forat de l\u2019escala. El mateix docent es veu obligat a reduir-lo a terra per salvar-li la vida. Estem realment protegint aquest alumne amb TEA? Li estem garantint els seus drets? L\u2019\u00fanic que hem fet \u00e9s abandonar-lo, i de pas hem abandonat els docents, completament sobrepassats, temerosos i obligats a fer feines que ni saben fer ni haurien, legalment, d\u2019estar fent. La neglig\u00e8ncia oficial \u00e9s escandalosa. <strong>Si la realitat no \u00e9s analitzada pel sistema educatiu, no comen\u00e7arem a remuntar mai<\/strong>. Els sermons morals i els esquemes ideals ens estan portant al desastre quotidi\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Ja sabem qu\u00e8 es respon a aquestes q\u00fcestions: que s\u00f3n casos a\u00efllats, que no n\u2019hi ha per tant, que hi ha massa catastrofisme. Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 li diem a la companya a qui el passat dilluns li van posar un ganivet de llaut\u00f3 al coll? El ganivet era de mentida, tot era una broma, per\u00f2 la por i l\u2019ansietat no li estalvia ning\u00fa a la companya. I aix\u00ed cada dia, cada setmana, qui dia passa any empeny&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no he acabat encara. La ponent afirma una altra cosa que sona, <em>a priori<\/em>, molt estimulant, vull dir molt positiva: cal obrir un <strong>protocol contra la viol\u00e8ncia<\/strong> per cada agressi\u00f3 i per cada alumne que en quedi afectat. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s fermesa! Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s contund\u00e8ncia! Ara b\u00e9: qui obre aquests protocols? Qui els mant\u00e9 i examina i acaba tancant? Com es podria dur a terme aquest idea en un centre que tingu\u00e9s cinc, deu, quinze incid\u00e8ncies cada dia? Quants protocols caldria obrir a la setmana, cada mes, cada any? S\u2019han passejat alguna vegada aquestes persones per un centre real?<\/p>\n<p>I les classes, quan? De sobte, m\u2019assalta una idea diamantina, la clau de tot plegat: \u00e9s clar, com he pogut no adonar-me\u2019n: <em>\u00e9s que al docent no se li demana que faci classe, se li demana que obri i gestioni protocols<\/em>. L\u2019escola s\u2019ha de convertir en una mena de <strong>pan\u00f2ptic digital.<\/strong> L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s la proliferaci\u00f3 de pdfs infinits, no l\u2019acompanyament del menor i, ni molt menys, el seu aprenentatge. La gesti\u00f3 de les coses ha substitu\u00eft la cosa. No hi ha res a ensenyar. Ha de ser aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p>Utopies devastadores, plantilla <em>low cost<\/em> pluriempleada, canvis de mirada; ni una paraula d\u2019aprenentatges, de necessitat de conviure en pau. El sistema o desconeix o nega les condicions reals en qu\u00e8 s\u2019han d\u2019enfrontar alumnes i docents cada dia. Qualsevol semblan\u00e7a amb la realitat \u00e9s pura coincid\u00e8ncia. El neoliberalisme mental, o moral, acompanyat de retallades, dogmatismes i ceguesa, ens ha condu\u00eft al marasme actual. Convindria escoltar els docents, deixar de culpabilitzar-los, protegir-los efica\u00e7ment, i repensar una escola inclusiva que ha desembocat en l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 de tothom.<\/p>\n<p>M\u2019aixeco de la cadira, m\u2019acomiado d\u2019una companya de feina i surto a l\u2019exterior.
