El que podria semblar una simple congelaci\u00f3 salarial s\u2019ha convertit en una erosi\u00f3 profunda i sostinguda que afecta tant la qualitat de vida dels docents com el futur de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Un <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/secundaria.info\/docu\/_media\/sindicat:estudi_retribucions_digital.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estudi recent<\/a><\/span> alerta que aquesta degradaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s fruit de decisions a\u00efllades, sin\u00f3 d\u2019un conjunt de retallades encadenades que han convertit el sistema retributiu docent en un mirall trencat (Trigo i Gasc\u00f3, 2025). Aquesta situaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies econ\u00f2miques individuals sin\u00f3 que, col\u00b7lectivament, debilita la dignitat de la professi\u00f3 docent i posa en perill la qualitat educativa. Com deia Arist\u00f2til, \u201call\u00f2 que fem dia rere dia \u00e9s el que ens acaba definint\u201d; i quan la tasca docent es desenvolupa sota pressi\u00f3 i precarietat, la societat sencera n\u2019acaba pagant el preu.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest article faig una s\u00edntesi de les dades clau del recent estudi amb especial atenci\u00f3 a les retallades \u2014 sous, sexennis, pagues extraordin\u00e0ries, manca de convocat\u00f2ria de c\u00e0tedres \u2014 i explico per qu\u00e8 Catalunya \u00e9s, segons l\u2019an\u00e0lisi, la segona comunitat aut\u00f2noma on els professors de secundaria estan pitjor retribu\u00efts si es considera la Paritat de Poder Adquisitiu (PPA).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu: un d\u00e8ficit estructural<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En els \u00faltims anys, la situaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica a Catalunya i Espanya s\u2019ha caracteritzat per una elevada inflaci\u00f3, que ha erosionat el poder adquisitiu de tots els treballadors, inclosos els professors de secund\u00e0ria. L\u2019evid\u00e8ncia \u00e9s contundent: entre 2010 i 2024, la p\u00e8rdua acumulada de poder adquisitiu dels professors ha estat alarmant: un -21,64 %.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com s\u2019aprecia a la Taula 1, la causa principal \u00e9s senzilla: els preus pugen m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid que els salaris. En aquest per\u00edode, la inflaci\u00f3 acumulada a Catalunya ha estat del 35,69%, mentre que la revaloritzaci\u00f3 salarial del professorat nom\u00e9s ha arribat al 14,05%. Aix\u00f2 significa que un docent principiant deixa de percebre, en termes reals, uns 7.757 \u20ac bruts l\u2019any \u2014 l\u2019equivalent a treballar m\u00e9s de dos mesos a l\u2019any sense cobrar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taula 1. Entre les m\u00e9s significatives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3 de les pagues extraordin\u00e0ries:<\/strong> abans del 2010 constitu\u00efen una part essencial del sou. Amb les retallades, les pagues de juny i desembre han quedat limitades al 80% del salari mensual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retallada del complement per sexennis:<\/strong> el primer estadi s\u2019allarga de 6 a 9 anys a partir de 2012, fet que retarda i redueix la retribuci\u00f3 associada. Tot i que el 2024 es recupera parcialment, el Govern encara no ha assumit el retorn del deute acumulat, estimat en uns 1.100 \u20ac anuals per docent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manca de convocat\u00f2ria de c\u00e0tedres:<\/strong> des de 2011 no s\u2019obren places de catedr\u00e0tic, bloquejant la progressi\u00f3 professional i privant el professorat veter\u00e0 d\u2019un reconeixement salarial d\u2019uns 2.796 \u20ac anuals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extinci\u00f3 del r\u00e8gim de classes passives:<\/strong> els nous funcionaris passen a la Seguretat Social, fet que implica pensions m\u00e9s baixes i una jubilaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s tardana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retallades indirectes:<\/strong> supressi\u00f3 de llic\u00e8ncies retribu\u00efdes, augment de l\u2019horari lectiu fins a 20 hores, eliminaci\u00f3 de la reducci\u00f3 de 2 hores per als majors de 55 anys, desaparici\u00f3 de l\u2019ajut \u201cbufanda\u201d per a la jubilaci\u00f3 anticipada, suspensi\u00f3 del Fons d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Catalunya, a la cua en la comparaci\u00f3 territorial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, segons l\u2019an\u00e0lisi comparativa amb altres comunitats aut\u00f2nomes, el professorat de Catalunya es troba entre els tres pitjor retribu\u00efts de l\u2019estat. L\u2019estudi alerta que aquesta situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s greu quan s\u2019aplica el criteri de Paritat de Poder Adquisitiu (PPA), \u00e9s a dir, quan es t\u00e9 en compte el cost de la vida (vivenda, serveis, consum). L\u2019estudi denuncia que, en relaci\u00f3 al cost de vida, les retribucions del professorat catal\u00e0 queden fins a un 13,5 % per sota de la mitjana estatal i un 24 % per sota de comunitats com la de Castella-La Manxa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efectes globals: del des\u00e0nim individual al risc col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest desajust \u2014 salari baix i alt cost de vida \u2014 posa de manifest que la retribuci\u00f3 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 nominal, sin\u00f3 una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de dignitat i de sostenibilitat de la professi\u00f3 docent. La combinaci\u00f3 de baixos salaris, p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu i manca de reconeixement t\u00e9 efectes m\u00e9s amplis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fuga de talent i desincentiu a dedicar-se a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica<\/strong>: molts docents acaben descartant una carrera a l\u2019ensenyament per la inestabilitat o perqu\u00e8 les condicions no garanteixen una vida digna, especialment en zones on el cost de la vida \u00e9s elevat. Aquesta tend\u00e8ncia empitjora la precarietat de personal, sobretot en especialitats saturades. L\u2019estudi menciona que nombroses substitucions queden sense cobrir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deteriorament de la qualitat educativa<\/strong>: r\u00e0tios elevades, manca de recursos per a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, sobrec\u00e0rrega administrativa i docent, i una percepci\u00f3 de desvalorizaci\u00f3 professional dificulten l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i la motivaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desigualtats territorials i injust\u00edcia estructural<\/strong>: que un docent percebi menys segons la comunitat on treballa, quan les funcions i responsabilitats s\u00f3n les mateixes, suposa una discriminaci\u00f3 injustificable, que penalitza especialment Catalunya, una comunitat amb costos vius relativament alts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusions: dignificar la doc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s invertir en futur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El professorat de secund\u00e0ria a Catalunya no nom\u00e9s est\u00e0 pitjor pagat: viu una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019injust\u00edcia estructural que posa en perill la dignitat i la sostenibilitat de la professi\u00f3. La combinaci\u00f3 de salaris rebaixats, p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu, retallades acumulatives i manca de reconeixement professional configura un model de precaritzaci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica que amena\u00e7a tot el sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Invertir en educaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s un acte de gesti\u00f3: \u00e9s un comprom\u00eds amb el futur de la societat. Recuperar el poder adquisitiu dels docents, garantir una carrera professional justa i dignificar la doc\u00e8ncia no s\u00f3n opcions: s\u00f3n necessitats urgents si volem evitar la fuga de talent i la degradaci\u00f3 de la qualitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Com deia Hannah Arendt, \u201cl\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s el punt en qu\u00e8 decidim si estimem el m\u00f3n prou per assumir-ne la responsabilitat\u201d. Sense docents ben retribu\u00efts i respectats, aquesta responsabilitat queda incompleta. La societat no pot permetre\u2019s que aquells que formen les generacions futures treballin en condicions que trenquen la seva dignitat i comprom\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s hora de passar de la den\u00fancia a l\u2019acci\u00f3: restaurar salaris, recon\u00e8ixer la traject\u00f2ria docent i invertir amb valentia en educaci\u00f3.
