Va desenvolupar una teoria sistem\u00e0tica sobre com s\u2019apr\u00e8n i sota quines condicions t\u00e9 lloc aquest proc\u00e9s. La seva obra clau, <em>The conditions of Learning<\/em> (1965), \u00e9s un intent rigor\u00f3s de definir l\u2019aprenentatge des d\u2019una perspectiva cient\u00edfica, identificant els elements que el fan possible i els que limiten la seva efic\u00e0cia en contextos educatius. Afegiria que hauria de ser una lectura obligat\u00f2ria per a tot docent.<\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9 (1965) <strong>defineix l\u2019aprenentatge com un canvi en la disposici\u00f3 o capacitat humana, relativament permanent, que no es pot atribuir simplement al desenvolupament.<\/strong> Aquest canvi es manifesta com una modificaci\u00f3 observable de la conducta, inferida a partir de la comparaci\u00f3 entre el comportament de l\u2019individu abans i despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver estat exposat a una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019aprenentatge. Aquest fet obvi implica que sigui fonamental avaluar i considerar els coneixements inicials dels estudiants abans de l\u2019aprenentarge i l\u2019acci\u00f3 docent. L\u2019aprenentatge pot reflectir-se tant en un increment de la capacitat per realitzar una determinada activitat, com en alteracions en les actituds, els interessos o els valors. Es tracta d\u2019un canvi que ha de mantenir-se durant un m\u00ednim per\u00edode de temps, i que ha de ser avaluable per mitj\u00e0 de l\u2019evocaci\u00f3 (Ruiz, 2020). Es distingeix aix\u00ed clarament dels canvis merament propis de la maduraci\u00f3 o del desenvolupament natural o biol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<p>Per a Gagn\u00e9, l\u2019aprenentatge no \u00e9s per tant un fet espontani, sin\u00f3 un proc\u00e9s que es produeix sota condicions observables. En aquest sentit, <strong>Gagn\u00e9 (1965) defineix una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019aprenentatge com el conjunt de condicions externes que faciliten l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019una nova capacitat.<\/strong> Aquestes condicions, en ser observables i descriptibles, permeten establir relacions entre all\u00f2 que ofereix l\u2019entorn i els canvis que es produeixen en l\u2019individu. Aix\u00f2 obre la porta a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de teories cient\u00edfiques sobre l\u2019aprenentatge, ja que el proc\u00e9s deixa de ser opac i passa a ser analitzable i replicable. Malauradament, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/metode.es\/revistas-metode\/monograficos\/la-falta-de-reproducibilidad-de-la-investigacion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">encara bona part de la recerca no es fa sota aquestes condicions<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i l\u2019ambici\u00f3 explicativa del model, Gagn\u00e9 \u00e9s clar sobre les limitacions dels efectes de l\u2019aprenentatge: no totes les dimensions de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 poden abordar-se \u00fanicament mitjan\u00e7ant els principis de l\u2019aprenentatge. Especifica que <strong>aspectes com la motivaci\u00f3, la persuasi\u00f3 o l\u2019establiment d\u2019actituds i valors, amb una gran rellev\u00e0ncia educativa, no responen de manera directa a les mateixes condicions que expliquen l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019habilitats i coneixements.<\/strong> Aix\u00ed, l\u2019aprenentatge \u00e9s un element necessari per\u00f2 no suficient per abarcar tota la complexitat de la formaci\u00f3 humana.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019aquesta perspectiva se\u2019n deriva una concepci\u00f3 precisa de la planificaci\u00f3 i direcci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge. Planificar vol dir identificar quines capacitats es volen desenvolupar i determinar quines condicions externes n\u2019afavoreixen l\u2019adquisici\u00f3. Cal ordenar-les de forma seq\u00fcencial i coherent. Dirigir l\u2019aprenentatge implica controlar i ajustar els esdeveniments educatius \u2014activitats, orientaci\u00f3, refor\u00e7, retroalimentaci\u00f3, ritme\u2014 amb la finalitat d\u2019activar els processos interns que permeten que l\u2019estudiant incorpori una nova compet\u00e8ncia o coneixement, i que reflexioni i reguli el propi aprenentatge. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/investigaciondocente.com\/2024\/04\/01\/guia-de-metacognicion-la-evaluacion-y-el-desarrollo-de-habilidades-metacognitivas-en-el-alumnado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Avui ho anomenar\u00edem metacognici\u00f3.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9 (1965) agrup\u00e0 la gran varietat d\u2019aprenentatges en vuit tipus: reacci\u00f3 a senyals o reflexos; condicionament est\u00edmul-resposta; encadenament de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies motores; associaci\u00f3 verbal; discriminaci\u00f3; aprenentatge i comprensi\u00f3 de conceptes; aprenentatge de principis per estructurar les pr\u00f2pies valoracions; i resoluci\u00f3 de problemes. Cal repensar la tecnologia (Di\u00e9guez, 2024). Si l\u2019IA pot adaptar les condicions externes per estimular els processos interns d\u2019aprenentatge \u2014personalitzar guies, oferir refor\u00e7os adaptats, generar pr\u00e0ctica significativa, ajudar a evocar i detectar necessitats de suport\u2014, aix\u00f2 no fa sin\u00f3 desplegar, en un entorn digital, la l\u00f2gica del model cient\u00edfic de Gagn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, <strong>sempre la tecnologia ha d\u2019estar sota supervisi\u00f3 del docent<\/strong>, de forma que el docent l\u2019ha de subministrar en el moment prec\u00eds, per a que no sigui una eina substitutiva i que provoqui la desc\u00e0rrega cognitiva, saltant-se el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, sin\u00f3 de millora de l\u2019entorn i de la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019aprenentatge, en el sentit de Gagn\u00e9.
