La hist\u00f2ria \u00e9s ben coneguda: despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un accident aeri, un grup de nens procedents d&#8217;una escola militar brit\u00e0nica ha d&#8217;organitzar la seva exist\u00e8ncia a una illa deserta sense adults; per\u00f2 aviat sorgeixen les friccions entre els qui representaran, respectivament, la civilitzaci\u00f3 i la barb\u00e0rie, i en la guerra hobbesiana de tots contra tots, <em>l&#8217;horror vacui<\/em> derivat de la por i de l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de Llei s&#8217;est\u00e9n per l&#8217;ed\u00e8nica illa com una taca d&#8217;ombra que ens fa venir una riallada volteriana. I \u00e9s que <strong>Rousseau<\/strong>, a difer\u00e8ncia de <strong>Voltaire<\/strong>, que tenia una visi\u00f3 molt menys ing\u00e8nua de la naturalesa humana, creia que l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 no tocat per la civilitzaci\u00f3 Occidental vivia en un estat de gr\u00e0cia semidivina, sota un principi de realitat no repressiu que cabia sota unes fulles de figuera. Per\u00f2 vet aqu\u00ed que ni tan sols aquests fulls estaran d&#8217;acord amb Rousseau; perqu\u00e8 els primers habitants d&#8217;un suposat ordre no repressiu s\u00f3n precisament la prova que tot i que el principi del plaer no ha de ser substitu\u00eft pel de realitat, el mal segueix vigent en nosaltres, com ens ensenya tamb\u00e9 el concepte grec d&#8217;<strong>hibris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>El senyor de les mosques<\/em>, ep\u00edtet de Belceb\u00fa, \u00e9s el mal encarnat a les mil mosques que voletegen a l\u2019entorn del cap d&#8217;un porc senglar clavat al mig de la jungla en una pica dels ca\u00e7adors. El cap simbolitza tamb\u00e9 la barb\u00e0rie humana, la cat\u00e0strofe de la cultura, el passat subhist\u00f2ric, fins i tot subhum\u00e0; la bestialitat dionis\u00edaca alliberada: tot all\u00f2 que s&#8217;ha hagut de suprimir per garantir la civilitzaci\u00f3. Escrita el 1954, amb el terror de la Segona Guerra Mundial encara ben viu, la novel\u00b7la \u00e9s una al\u00b7legoria d&#8217;aquella viol\u00e8ncia que en endavant marcaria indeleblement les seg\u00fcents generacions. Un altre s\u00edmbol remarcable \u00e9s la closca del caragol. Qui la posseeix t\u00e9 dret a parlar sense ser interromput pels altres. Representa la uni\u00f3 i l&#8217;ordre, all\u00f2 que d&#8217;un temps en\u00e7\u00e0 hem perdut a les aules de secund\u00e0ria, on la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula, fidel a l&#8217;obra de Golding, \u00e9s m\u00e9s que recomanable, sobretot a primer de l&#8217;ESO.<\/p>\n<p>El, 6 de novembre, <strong>Dia Internacional contra la Viol\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;Assetjament Escolar<\/strong>, vaig llegir que la ministra d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 declarava en un missatge a les xarxes socials que \u00ables aules han de ser sempre entorns segurs per als alumnes i les alumnes\u00bb, i em dic: qu\u00e8 f\u00e0cil \u00e9s de dir i qu\u00e8 dif\u00edcil de fer. Si insultar o pegar un professor surt de franc, sobretot quan el docent no \u00e9s reconegut com a figura d&#8217;autoritat p\u00fablica \u2014cas de Catalunya, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;altres comunitats\u2014, quant costar\u00e0 pegar o insultar un company? <strong>Ens ha d&#8217;estranyar que els centres educatius no siguin entorns segurs?<\/strong> Avui les fam\u00edlies surten al carrer, exigeixen una Llei. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hem de constatar que generaci\u00f3 rere generaci\u00f3, des d&#8217;aquella seixanta-vuitista benefici\u00e0ria de valors educatius particularment laxos (Theodore Roszak <em>dixit<\/em>), la consist\u00e8ncia de la <em>\u00abnoci\u00f3 de pare\u00bb<\/em> que permet diferenciar entre dos llinatges diferents \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s feble.
