Viatjava amb el seu seguici i acompanyat del seu gran visir, que sempre addu\u00efa peregrines raons per no entrar-hi i acampar a prudencial dist\u00e0ncia. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, sempre amb vistes a un meravell\u00f3s <em>skyline<\/em> urb\u00e0 que insinuava unes ciutats de somni que no eren, per\u00f2, sin\u00f3 una arg\u00facia del gran visir: cartr\u00f3-pedra de posar i treure. En realitat, els s\u00fabdits malvivien en brutes i mis\u00e8rrimes ciutats allunyades de les rutes del rei. No sabem si vivia feli\u00e7 en l&#8217;engany i era un pusil\u00b7l\u00e0nime, o si li era indiferent i era un c\u00ednic.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019educaci\u00f3 ja fa unes quantes d\u00e8cades que s\u2019est\u00e0 aplicant aquest conte. <strong>S&#8217;ha mantingut la societat allunyada de la realitat educativa<\/strong> posant nom\u00e9s al seu abast visual el distant <em>sky-line<\/em> prefabricat d&#8217;un model decretat com la nova Arc\u00e0dia educativa, amb un ferri monopoli propagand\u00edstic que va institucionalitzar el tracte d\u2019anatema a qualsevol cr\u00edtica. Per\u00f2 fins i tot les soldadures m\u00e9s fortes rebenten quan la pressi\u00f3 interior augmenta m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la seva capacitat de resist\u00e8ncia. I aix\u00f2 est\u00e0 passant. \u00c9s tan intensa la f\u00e8tida olor de podridura que despr\u00e8n la caixa on suposem tancat el <strong>pobre gat de Schr\u00f6dinger<\/strong>, que ja no t\u00e9 sentit preguntar-se si \u00e9s viu o mort: \u00e9s impossible respirar amb aquesta ferum.<\/p>\n<p>Cal obrir la capsa d&#8217;una vegada, ventilar-la i treure&#8217;n tota la porqueria. Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 requereix el reconeixement previ de la magnitud dels problemes que s\u2019han creat per neglig\u00e8ncia (?) culpable, un dels quals \u00e9s la p\u00e8rdua de l&#8217;autoritat docent, iniquament promoguda per les mateixes lleis educatives, cosa que ha propiciat la proliferaci\u00f3 a les nostres escoles d&#8217;aut\u00e8ntics estats d&#8217;an\u00f2mia, entre les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s vergonyants dels quals tenim el <em>bullying<\/em> o assetjament escolar. Un tema, aquest, que els pol\u00edtics i pedag\u00f2crates falsegen grollerament i maquillen amb un zel digne de millor causa, ocultant-lo a una societat amansida que ha optat fins ara per callar timoratament.<\/p>\n<p>El problema ve de lluny, per\u00f2 en els darrers temps s&#8217;ha anat agreujant fins al punt que ja \u00e9s impossible no percebre&#8217;l: per m\u00e9s que es miri cap a una altra banda, la pudor continua arribant. Hi ha un problema molt greu de disciplina i ordre als nostres centres educatius, i la inacci\u00f3 promoguda per les pr\u00f2pies lleis ha anat propiciant el seu empitjorament. Ha portat alumnes fins al su\u00efcidi \u2013en els seus casos m\u00e9s extrems\u2013, o ha deixat molts altres amb seq\u00fceles ps\u00edquiques indelebles. Tot plegat en una situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;impunitat que els assetjadors han ent\u00e8s perfectament.<\/p>\n<p>Recentment, una experta en criminologia<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a> i assessora del govern en temes de protecci\u00f3 de menors manifestava p\u00fablicament la<strong> necessitat de rebaixar l&#8217;edat d&#8217;inimputabilitat judicial<\/strong>, at\u00e8s l&#8217;alarmant augment d\u2019aquest execrable tipus d&#8217;actuacions. No fa tampoc gaire que un conegut professor i p\u00e8rit judicial<a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\">[ii]<\/a> manifestava que <strong>\u00abhi ha nens psic\u00f2pates\u00bb<\/strong>. A tots dos els van ploure ganivets de punta, en provocar les ires dels guardians del pol\u00edticament correcte, acusats de feixistes i de demonitzar la inf\u00e0ncia i l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>No es tractava d&#8217;ocurr\u00e8ncies, ben al contrari, eren plantejaments raonats davant d&#8217;una realitat que se&#8217;ns est\u00e0 escapant de les mans i que cada cop es cobra m\u00e9s v\u00edctimes en el seu sinistre altar. En el primer cas, la creixent i alarmant proliferaci\u00f3 de \u00abdelictes\u00bb que no ho s\u00f3n perqu\u00e8 han estat comesos per menors \u00abinimputables\u00bb; el segon, arran de l&#8217;\u00faltim su\u00efcidi, per ara, d&#8217;una nena assetjada al seu institut. Quants en van ja? Quants m\u00e9s n&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;haver per tal que, at\u00e8s que les autoritats no ho fan, la societat desperti i entengui que no es tracta de casos a\u00efllats, sin\u00f3 sist\u00e8mics, i que aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s sin\u00f3 la punta de l&#8217;iceberg?<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no, hom no ha de ser punitivistes: <strong><em>castigar \u00e9s de feixistes<\/em><\/strong>, dicten alguns carallots amb poder o al voltant dels seus civaders. <strong><em>Van fallar els protocols<\/em><\/strong>, ens diuen tamb\u00e9, o els docents no van saber o no van voler aplicar-los\u2026 Cal ser barrut per sostenir una iniquitat tan gran per part dels mateixos que han fet uns protocols inservibles i inaplicables que lliguen els docents de peus i mans. Fa anys, vaig participar en un debat televisiu sobre el cas real d\u2019una mestra que es va jugar el f\u00edsic separant dos alumnes que s&#8217;estaven matant. Els pares d&#8217;un \u2013de l&#8217;agressor, precisament\u2013 li van posar una den\u00fancia penal per lesions: en separar-los li havia deixat un petit senyal al bra\u00e7. La direcci\u00f3 del centre li va obrir un expedient; \u00e9s el protocol\u2026 Ens hem tornat imb\u00e8cils o qu\u00e8?<\/p>\n<p>I quan els protocols i les mediacions s&#8217;apliquen, s&#8217;acostumen a resoldre amb el trasllat a un altre centre de l&#8217;alumne assetjat, mentre que l&#8217;assetjador s&#8217;hi queda tot cofoi pixant-se als raconets i marcant territori. Aix\u00f2 en el millor dels casos. Per qu\u00e8 no hi ha dades p\u00fabliques d&#8217;assetjadors reincidents? Alguna idea?\u2026 Per\u00f2 quina mena de societat estem propiciant?<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, ai las, talment com es va dir ja fa anys, amb motiu de l&#8217;assassinat a Barcelona d&#8217;un professor per un alumne pertorbat, <strong><em>ha mort un professor, per\u00f2 hi ha un nen que \u00e9s la v\u00edctima<\/em><\/strong>. \u00c9s a dir, tal dia far\u00e0 un any i qui dia passa any empeny, circulin. Aquest \u00abargument\u00bb \u00e9s la base de la resposta <em>bonista<\/em> a l\u2019\u00fas: situar l&#8217;agressor \u00abtamb\u00e9\u00bb com a v\u00edctima, per qualssevol injustes circumst\u00e0ncies que hagin concorregut en les seves experi\u00e8ncies vitals. Perqu\u00e8, evidentment, no hi ha menors psic\u00f2pates. Curi\u00f3s aix\u00f2 de la psicopatia; que nom\u00e9s es pugui diagnosticar a partir de l&#8217;endem\u00e0 d&#8217;haver complert una certa edat no deixa de ser desconcertant. Per\u00f2 molts psiquiatres sostenen que d\u2019haver-n\u2019hi, n&#8217;hi ha\u2026 En fi, <em>Ecclesia doctores habet<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 \u00e9s que, despr\u00e9s, resulta que aix\u00f2 de <strong>\u201csituar l&#8217;agressor \u00abtamb\u00e9\u00bb com a v\u00edctima\u201d<\/strong> ni tan sols \u00e9s aix\u00ed, perqu\u00e8 la inclusivitat del \u201ctamb\u00e9\u201d acaba funcionant com a exclusivitat, perqu\u00e8 agressor i v\u00edctima no es poden equiparar a un mateix nivell sense que perdem de vista l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia del problema: llurs respectius actes no hi estan. I en entendre-ho com si es tract\u00e9s de vasos comunicants, la victimitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;assetjador t\u00e9 com a correlat la culpabilitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;assetjat, pel fet de ser-ho, per estar all\u00ed. La qual cosa \u00e9s d&#8217;una immoralitat nauseabunda. Perqu\u00e8 significa situar la v\u00edctima no com a persona ni com a fi en si mateixa, sin\u00f3 com a mitj\u00e0, com a objecte \u00ableg\u00edtim\u00bb de les expectatives del psiquisme de l&#8217;assetjador. Les seq\u00fceles que aix\u00f2 deixi a la v\u00edctima, per descomptat, no sembla que inquietin pas ning\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e9s que si, com ens presenta el relat <em>bonista<\/em>, l&#8217;assetjador fos un malalt o alg\u00fa no conscient dels seus actes, tard o d&#8217;hora es ficaria amb algun de m\u00e9s fort o amb m\u00e9s males puces que li trencaria la cara. Per\u00f2 com b\u00e9 sabem, aix\u00f2 no passa. No. Estem davant d&#8217;<strong>alg\u00fa que calcula, distingeix i escull la seva presa com una pe\u00e7a de ca\u00e7a<\/strong>, amb una lucidesa que causa estupor per la seva malignitat intr\u00ednseca. Hi ha un perfil com\u00fa a les v\u00edctimes, i aix\u00f2 se sap, per\u00f2 no es diu.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00f3n \u00abcoses de nens\u00bb. Estem davant d&#8217;un model educatiu l&#8217;estult\u00edcia sist\u00e8mica del qual ens est\u00e0 retornant a <em>l&#8217;homo homini lupus<\/em> de Hobbes; a la barb\u00e0rie. Aix\u00ed de simple. Despr\u00e9s ens n\u2019estorem i escandalitzem. A l&#8217;escola es va a aprendre a ser adults i a comportar-se d&#8217;acord amb unes m\u00ednimes normes de conviv\u00e8ncia i respecte al pro\u00efsme.
