Aix\u00f2 prioritza <strong>l&#8217;aparen\u00e7a d&#8217;\u00e8xit<\/strong> sobre l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia educativa, i condemna molts estudiants vulnerables a quedar endarrerits i soscava la funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;escola com a ascensor social.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abFer repetir els nens els converteix en dianes de l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social\u00bb. En aquest breu i fal\u00b7la\u00e7 argument hi ha concentrat el pitjor de la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de la <strong>repetici\u00f3 de curs<\/strong>. T\u00e9 la seva mica d&#8217;emotivisme i el seu molt de carrincloneria, i diverses c\u00e0rregues ideol\u00f2giques de profunditat que auguren explosions que ja s&#8217;estan produint. At\u00e8s que aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha ordit des de les m\u00e9s altes esferes p\u00fabliques, tamb\u00e9 cal parlar de prevaricaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Segons la LOMLOE, la repetici\u00f3 de curs \u00e9s una mesura excepcional \u2014a prim\u00e0ria nom\u00e9s es permet repetir una vegada, i sempre al final del cicle, mentre que a l&#8217;ESO els alumnes no poden repetir m\u00e9s de dues vegades\u2014 i nom\u00e9s es pot aplicar quan s&#8217;hagin esgotat les mesures ordin\u00e0ries de suport i refor\u00e7. I com a m\u00e9s no hi ha gaireb\u00e9 mai mitjans suficients per aportar aquests suports i refor\u00e7os, el que s&#8217;aplica en la majoria dels casos \u00e9s la promoci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica, amb fortes pressions als professors perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;avinguin a fer-ho. El resultat, en autoestima i auto-respecte, per al xaval que <strong>sense assolir el nivell passa de curs<\/strong>, ning\u00fa no el mesura i a ning\u00fa no li importa. No s&#8217;at\u00e9n el principi d&#8217;<em>hormesi<\/em>: una dosi moderada de dificultat, frustraci\u00f3 o estr\u00e8s cognitiu beneficia l&#8217;aprenentatge, mentre que una dosi excessiva \u00e9s perjudicial, i l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia total de repte no genera creixement. Qui sap que el passaran de curs s\u00ed o s\u00ed, no madura.<\/p>\n<p>El que passa, a continuaci\u00f3, \u00e9s que el govern de torn \u2014tant hi fa quin\u2014 celebra \u00abl&#8217;\u00e8xit\u00bb. La <strong>taxa de repetici\u00f3 escolar<\/strong> ha baixat curs a curs fins a assolir un m\u00ednim hist\u00f2ric de <strong>l&#8217;1,1% a prim\u00e0ria i del 7,0% a l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria (ESO) el 2025<\/strong>: ja hi ha foto perqu\u00e8 la ministra se\u2019n vanti. La infame veritat submergida \u2014es passa de curs amb dos o tres suspensos i per descomptat que no s&#8217;ajuda aquests alumnes a posar-se a nivell de la resta\u2014 no sembla que inquieti la comunitat educativa mentre governi qui li agrada.<\/p>\n<p>Si <strong>s&#8217;aprova per decret<\/strong>, no hi pot haver repetidors: aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que es persegueix. Ja fa molt que l&#8217;objectiu va deixar de ser contribuir que abundin ciutadans preparats, cultes i cr\u00edtics: ara es tracta de formar indigents intel\u00b7lectuals que sospirin per tal que els pastors pol\u00edtics els treguin les castanyes del foc. Que la gent tituli, ja ens ocuparem de la seva precarietat per demanar-los el vot m\u00e9s endavant.<\/p>\n<p>Els incentius estan a la vista i s\u00f3n inapel\u00b7lables. Per al gestor p\u00fablic auton\u00f2mic, estalviar-se el cost d&#8217;un educand; per al qui juga a la lliga nacional, mentir dient que ens apropem a la mitjana de repetici\u00f3 europea, i qui dia passa, any empeny. Per al docent, estalviar-se l&#8217;enfrontament i el calvari administratiu a qu\u00e8 el sotmetr\u00e0 la llei si aposta per suspendre \u2014s&#8217;exposa a una reclamaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 sempre se li d\u00f3na la ra\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumne; <strong>\u00abin dubio pro reo\u00bb, se sent a les sales de professors<\/strong>\u2014; per a la direcci\u00f3 del centre, una bonica gr\u00e0fica m\u00e9s amb qu\u00e8 justificar els seus resultats. Pel que fa als pares, l&#8217;alleujament de veure com el seu fill no \u00abfa fallida\u00bb. Hi ha, \u00e9s clar, pol\u00edtics, professors, directors i pares honestos que estan en contra de tot aix\u00f2; per\u00f2 els sistemes d&#8217;incentius perversos sempre donaran m\u00e9s resultats perversos.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta inf\u00e0mia dels dirigents necessita, en qualsevol cas, de col\u00b7laboradors necessaris: aquesta \u00e9s la funci\u00f3 de <strong>certa esquerra \u00abinclusiva\u00bb<\/strong> que de just\u00edcia social no en sap ni un borrall, per\u00f2 de posar-se paternalista amb els vulnerables (venent-los) \u00a0en fa aut\u00e8ntiques classes magistrals. Tothom qui s&#8217;hagi educat en una fam\u00edlia humil o corrent \u2014sense \u00abpossibles\u00bb\u2014 sap que l&#8217;\u00fanica oportunitat del pobre \u00e9s l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, i que l&#8217;escola est\u00e0 precisament per a ser ascensor social, ra\u00f3 per la qual ha d&#8217;estar ben dotada, exigent i dirigida i implementada per persones honrades i valentes. El que fan aquests irresponsables de \u00ab<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/educationalevidence.com\/ca\/la-llei-del-maxim-esforc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>la meritocr\u00e0cia s\u00f3n els pares<\/u><\/a><\/span>\u00bb \u00e9s condemnar els vulnerables a un determinisme social, donar-los el copet a l\u2019esquena i negar-los el deure d&#8217;intentar ser\u00a0 persones tan capaces com puguin, tractant-los com a discapacitats morals.<\/p>\n<p>Deia <strong>George Steiner<\/strong> que \u00aboblidem que la millor manera de deshonrar l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 \u00e9s no exigir-li all\u00f2 que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d&#8217;assolir\u00bb. Ning\u00fa no posa en dubte que repetir curs sigui un mal, i que cal evitar-ho costi el que costi; per\u00f2 \u00e9s un mal menor si l&#8217;alternativa \u00e9s passar el problema al curs seg\u00fcent i <strong>consumar una estafa col\u00b7lectiva<\/strong>. Resulta a m\u00e9s que els nens, especialment els adolescents, passen a aquestes edats per convulsions diverses que els impel\u00b7leixen a la llei del m\u00ednim esfor\u00e7; nom\u00e9s cal haver tingut aquesta edat per a saber amb quina rapidesa entens un sistema que et permet estalviar-te l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 i com n&#8217;\u00e9s de temptador seguir la seva estela.
