Fins i tot era preferible aquella altra que deia que a l\u2019escola es ve a jugar, el motiu pel qual molts <strong>professors i professores abandonen la professi\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Passem m\u00e9s hores omplint formularis digitals, llegint mails i responent-los, enregistrant top tipus de fets, fins i tot els m\u00e9s banals (quan l\u2019alumne va al lavabo, quan va a omplir l\u2019ampolla d\u2019aigua, quan s\u2019ha donat un cop i demana gel, quan va a buscar l\u2019entrep\u00e0 que s\u2019ha deixat a casa i que la seva mare, pare, avi, avia, germ\u00e0 gran\u2026 ha hagut de portar-li etc. ), que no pas fent de professors i professores.<\/p>\n<p>Dubtar ara mateix si som o no docents \u00e9s un exercici m\u00e9s racional i met\u00f2dic que el dubte met\u00f2dic de Ren\u00e9 Descartes.<\/p>\n<p>Un<strong> sentiment de desubicaci\u00f3\u00a0 i desorientaci\u00f3<\/strong> envaeix sovint la nostra psique; no sabem si som a la <strong><em>Matrix<\/em><\/strong> o a classe. Podria ser que nom\u00e9s sigui professora a la meva imaginaci\u00f3? \u00c9s, aleshores, quan mires al teu voltant i no trobes cap element que t\u2019anunci\u00ef o demostri que ets a l\u2019aula: on \u00e9s la pissarra? on \u00e9s el guix? I, pitjor encara, on s\u00f3n els llibres de text? Qu\u00e8 potser en aquest univers finit, de recursos finits i limitats, el primer en esgotar-se han estat els llibres de text? O potser \u00e9s que els han cremat a l\u2019estil de \u201c<strong>Fahrenheit 451<\/strong>\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Instem al departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional que llegeixi a Luri i tants altres que, com ell, no es cansen de recordar la import\u00e0ncia de la seva pres\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica a les aules. Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un aula sense pissarra? Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un aula sense guix? <strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un aula sense llibres de text?<\/strong> Que potser no \u00e9s quelcom que la categoritza, que l\u2019adjectiva, que la qualifica i defineix?<\/p>\n<p>Ning\u00fa no imagina pas un camp de futbol sense porteries, per\u00f2, aix\u00f2 no obstant, s\u00ed que ens podem arribar a\u00a0 imaginar una aula sense profes. De fet, queda ben poc perqu\u00e8 aquesta sigui la nova realitat.<\/p>\n<p>El menysteniment cap a la nostra professi\u00f3 serveix per a justificar el sou que ens paguen? Amb el respecte sempre per bandera, tothom sap que un monitor, tallerista, animador\u2026 cobra menys que un docent i cobra menys perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n menys els estudis que es requereixen. \u00c9s aix\u00f2 el que pretenen? <strong>Reconvertir la nostra professi\u00f3 en una altra<\/strong> per a pagar-nos menys?<\/p>\n<p>Pagueu-nos, senyors que us envolteu de grans experts, per\u00f2 que menysteniu i silencieu la veu de qui entra cada mat\u00ed a l\u2019aula i ha de resoldre els problemes que vost\u00e8s mateixos inventen.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de la v\u00f2rtex, aterres de nou i et situes com pots, i aprofites que entre tr\u00e0mit i tr\u00e0mit existeix un espai verge, llis, obert i indiferenciat, un espai de fugida, on poder ser el que s\u2019\u00e9s, un transmissor de coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>Avui, coneixereu a<strong> S\u00f2crates<\/strong>, el seu pensament i la seva mort, el coneixerem de la m\u00e0 i dels di\u00e0legs del seu deixeble <strong>Plat\u00f3<\/strong> i tindrem l\u2019oportunitat de millorar l\u2019esp\u00e8cie.<\/p>\n<p>Diuen alguns, segurament que irrellevants i poc importants per a vost\u00e8s, com per exemple el mateix Plat\u00f3, que l\u2019est\u00e8tica va de la m\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e8tica, que all\u00f2 bo \u00e9s all\u00f2 bell i a la inversa, per\u00f2 <strong>la nova pedagogia vol assegurar-se que cap \u00e9sser que cerqui la llum<\/strong>, que cap alumne, arribi mai a descobrir-ho, li neguem la possibilitat d\u2019assolir o d\u2019apropar-se al m\u00e0xim a la veritat; vivim eternament, per\u00f2 en la ignor\u00e0ncia eterna, que ens assegura una vida feli\u00e7, per\u00f2 eternament avorrida.<\/p>\n<p>Sou lletjor i tracteu d\u2019imposar aquesta mirada antiest\u00e8tica all\u00e0 fins on arriba el vostre poder, per\u00f2 sempre oblideu que som \u00e9ssers racionals i que la ra\u00f3 ens il\u00b7lumina i l\u2019alumnat t\u00e9 tot el dret a ser il\u00b7lustrat amb la inequ\u00edvoca ajuda del
