Per aquesta ra\u00f3, el febrer del 2021 va crear una comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;experts per definir aquest concepte. Despr\u00e9s de moltes reunions, mesos de treball i discussions, aquesta comissi\u00f3 va arribar el 2022 a la conclusi\u00f3 que no eren prou experts ni avesats per definir qu\u00e8 era un sistema educatiu eficient, \u00e9s a dir, que <strong>no eren prou competents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cal adonar-se que el problema rau en quin tipus de sistema educatiu desitgem. Si creiem que l&#8217;escola ha de ser un espai de socialitzaci\u00f3 dels infants i que aquests ja aprendran per si mateixos amb l&#8217;alumne com a centre, aleshores amb l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 per projectes ja en tenim prou, per\u00f2 si volem que els centres educatius siguin un gran eix per a la <strong>transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements<\/strong> amb el professor com a centre, aleshores els docents han de dominar la seva especialitat amb detall i la seva corresponent did\u00e0ctica, cosa que l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 per projectes ni m\u00e9s ni menys que criminalitza. En tot cas, si parlem d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia, en una societat productiva l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 que es fonamenti en la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements assolir\u00e0 una competitivitat i productivitat m\u00e9s gran per a si mateixa, i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia un major creixement econ\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no confonguem les coses. Podem augmentar els anys d&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 dels nostres centres escolars, per\u00f2 si no els dotem d&#8217;uns <em>curr\u00edcula<\/em> rigorosos i exigents, la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements quedar\u00e0 al pou de les mis\u00e8ries i el creixement econ\u00f2mic nacional no s\u2019incrementar\u00e0. En definitiva, estarem davant un sistema educatiu ineficient, caduc i malbaratador. <strong>L&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s pas per si mateixa aprenentatge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vist aix\u00f2, un sistema educatiu eficient s&#8217;ha de fonamentar en la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements m\u00e9s que en l&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 i la socialitzaci\u00f3 dels individus. El segon queda compartit entre els centres educatius i la societat en conjunt, en canvi el primer, la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements vera\u00e7os i contrastats, \u00e9s en gran mesura responsabilitat de docents cultes i experts.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat tot aix\u00f2, i fent-ne o\u00efdes sordes, <strong>la pol\u00edtica educativa es regeix m\u00e9s per ideologies que per fets contrastats<\/strong>. Nom\u00e9s cal sentir algunes declaracions de ministres i consellers quan opinen sobre el curr\u00edculum d&#8217;alguna especialitat. Per part meva he sentit dir que a secund\u00e0ria s&#8217;ensenyen massa coneixements, o que no cal aprendre equacions ja que la majoria dels joves no seran mai matem\u00e0tics. Aquestes afirmacions les vaig escoltar de dos consellers diferents d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya, cosa que palesa la seva pregona i entossudida\u00a0 ignor\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha una altra q\u00fcesti\u00f3 for\u00e7a paradoxal en el fet que no s&#8217;hagi aconseguit definir qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un sistema educatiu eficient. Estem vivint actualment uns temps en qu\u00e8 els <strong>pedagogs, terapeutes i psicopedagogs<\/strong> han assolit una nombrosa i for\u00e7a significativa pres\u00e8ncia als centres escolars, \u00a0a les conselleries i als ministeris, aix\u00ed com tampoc mai no hav\u00edem tingut tantes facultats d&#8217;educaci\u00f3, ni tantes fundacions i entitats dedicades a estudis pedag\u00f2gics; tot i aix\u00ed, <strong>no sabem trobar un concepte un\u00edvoc i objectiu d\u2019all\u00f2 que seria un sistema educatiu eficient<\/strong>. En definitiva, alguna cosa falla en el present, i no s\u00f3n els fets ni els aven\u00e7os cient\u00edfics, sin\u00f3 les ideologies que manen sobre el sistema educatiu. I \u00e9s clar, quan l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 tan malament, la societat necessita miracles i aix\u00f2 provoca creure en falsos profetes que ens diuen all\u00f2 que necessitem escoltar, sobretot si sona molt b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si els gurus educatius prometen que amb l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 emocional i per compet\u00e8ncies tot millorar\u00e0, que els alumnes aprendran per si mateixos, que s&#8217;invertiran m\u00e9s recursos econ\u00f2mics i que el Benestar Social augmentar\u00e0, ning\u00fa posar\u00e0 pegues al constructivisme de les compet\u00e8ncies, i aix\u00ed ha estat des de la LOGSE fins a la LOMLOE. Fins i tot quan la realitat ha demostrat que aix\u00f2 \u00e9s fals i perjudicial per a l&#8217;ensenyament, molts han seguit creient que la promesa funcionava malgrat que sigui una quimera. En certa manera, la cosa es mou entre prejudicis que ens fan creure-hi i interessos que fan que t\u2019ho creguis, per\u00f2 tot plegat s\u00f3n creences sense evid\u00e8ncies. Per exemple, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional no garanteix aprenentatges a llarg termini. Si, en canvi, tal com ha demostrat la psicologia cognitiva, el que fem \u00e9s utilitzar moments emocionals per infondre nous coneixements, aleshores el que aconseguim \u00e9s que els nostres aprenents recordin m\u00e9s l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquell moment que no pas el concepte que vol\u00edem ensenyar. Despr\u00e9s els faran creure que s\u00f3n cultes sense adonar-se&#8217;n de la seva gran ignor\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha corrents ideol\u00f2gics que han defensat que un sistema educatiu eficient \u00e9s el que promou el <strong>pensament cr\u00edtic<\/strong> entre els escolars, sense necessitat d&#8217;una intensa transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements. Aquests experts afegeixen que l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 per compet\u00e8ncies i per projectes promou i propicia aquesta actitud cr\u00edtica dels escolars, per\u00f2 haurem de convenir en el fet que sense coneixements ben ordenats i moblats \u00e9s dif\u00edcil ser cr\u00edtic, rigor\u00f3s i encertat amb la realitat. Defensar un pensament cr\u00edtic sense sabers a llarg termini \u00e9s ser a curt termini molt poc cr\u00edtic amb un mateix. <strong>No es pot ser cr\u00edtic sense pensar, i no es pot pensar sense tenir alguna cosa en qu\u00e8 pensar<\/strong>. En conclusi\u00f3, sense coneixements no hi ha pensament cr\u00edtic rigor\u00f3s, i aix\u00f2, \u00e9s una cosa en qu\u00e8 hi hem de pensar cr\u00edticament.<\/p>\n<p>Si alg\u00fa encara tingu\u00e9s dubtes sobre les pedagogies rom\u00e0ntiques anteriors, de les compet\u00e8ncies i projectes, nom\u00e9s cal que doni un cop d\u2019ull als resultats obtinguts a PISA pel nostre pa\u00eds. Aquest informe avalua de manera sistem\u00e0tica les compet\u00e8ncies dels nostres alumnes en ci\u00e8ncies, llengua i matem\u00e0tiques. I dic compet\u00e8ncies perqu\u00e8 aquestes proves no avaluen coneixements, sin\u00f3 la destresa i el pensament necessaris per solucionar un problema, \u00e9s a dir, les compet\u00e8ncies. Posem per exemple que si alg\u00fa sap nedar, flota, per\u00f2, en canvi, si no en sap, s&#8217;enfonsa, i l&#8217;alumne respon que la causa \u00e9s que en nedar disminueix la densitat de l&#8217;individu; des d&#8217;un punt de vista competencial ha resolt amb habilitat el problema i aprova, per\u00f2 des d&#8217;un punt de vista f\u00edsic ha conf\u00f3s densitat amb in\u00e8rcia i susp\u00e8n.<\/p>\n<p>Als informes PISA, malgrat ser proves competencials i ser el nostre sistema educatiu competencial, els nostres resultats continuen caient any rere any. De fet, aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 es realitza cada tres cursos a diversos pa\u00efsos entre els alumnes de 15 anys. Aix\u00f2 permet que puguem analitzar la tend\u00e8ncia competencial dels nostres escolars al llarg del temps. En fi, que si baixen els resultats \u00e9s que anem simplement malament i que, de pensament cr\u00edtic i per\u00edcia rigorosa, els nostres alumnes no n\u2019estan precisament sobrats.<\/p>\n<p>Vist aix\u00f2, <strong>PISA deixa clar que el nostre sistema educatiu \u00e9s ben lluny de ser eficient<\/strong>, llevat, \u00e9s clar, que ara resulti que decidim canviem el concepte d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia. Per\u00f2 enganyar la sem\u00e0ntica de ben poc ens servir\u00e0, ja que les proves anteriors dictaminen que la principal compet\u00e8ncia del futur \u00e9s assolir un alt quocient intel\u00b7lectual sobre la base d&#8217;un excels nivell de coneixements. En fi, que innovar amb ideologies no comporta assolir un sistema d&#8217;ensenyament efica\u00e7, sin\u00f3 ben al contrari.<\/p>\n<p>Al meu entendre, un sistema educatiu eficient ha de promoure el pas del jove a l&#8217;adult basant-se en augmentar la seva autonomia amb coneixements vera\u00e7os, civisme social i pensament cr\u00edtic contrastat. Sense tot aix\u00f2 no podem continuar construint sabers \u00fatils per a la globalitat de la societat i el seu progr\u00e9s. Al segle XII el te\u00f2leg Bernard de Chartres ens va llegar la seg\u00fcent afirmaci\u00f3, que despr\u00e9s va plagiar <strong>Isaac Newton<\/strong> al XVII, <em>som nans asseguts a les espatlles de gegants<\/em>, \u00e9s a dir, seguim aprenent a partir dels descobriments dels nostres avantpassats. Aquest saber acumulat, si ho recordem a temps, s\u00f3n els gegants sobre els quals estem asseguts per avan\u00e7ar cap a l&#8217;horitz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Dif\u00edcilment un alumne arribar\u00e0 a la teoria de la relativitat sense un domini ampli de les matem\u00e0tiques. L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 per compet\u00e8ncies i projectes no pot assegurar que els ciutadans del dia de dem\u00e0 elaborin grans teories com ara la relativitat.
