Trabajo intelectual y tristeza burocr\u00e1tica<\/em>, Anagrama 2024), <strong>Remedios Zafra<\/strong> planteja com han de viure i emprar-se els anomenats \u201ctreballadors de la paraula\u201d. El plantejament de l&#8217;assaig no pot ser m\u00e9s senzill ni m\u00e9s genial: la mateixa Remedios Zafra ha de sol\u00b7licitar un ordinador port\u00e0til a la seva universitat, i la funcion\u00e0ria que analitza la seva petici\u00f3 li demana un <strong>informe<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;han de detallar tota mena d&#8217;\u00edtems relacionats amb els <strong>objectius vitals i laborals<\/strong> de Remedios Zafra. I la mateixa Remedios Zafra escriu aquest informe, per\u00f2 transcendint les possibilitats redu\u00efdes de l&#8217;en\u00e8sim expedient burocr\u00e0tic: el que hi explica \u00e9s la seva vida i la de milers i milers de treballadors de la paraula que formen el \u00abcognitariat\u00bb del nostre pa\u00eds i de tot Occident. El que escriu \u00e9s un assaig literari, i alhora un al\u00b7legat contra les condicions que s&#8217;acarnissen contra la salut de les feines feminitzades i creatives.<\/p>\n<p>Com s\u00f3n els dispositius de <strong>control i tecnovigil\u00e0ncia<\/strong> que ens deprimeixen i ens condemnen a la desafecci\u00f3? Es pregunta Zafra: &#8220;Quina pot\u00e8ncia t\u00e9 el treball intel\u00b7lectual en el futur del treball? Qu\u00e8 hi ha en joc si el treball intel\u00b7lectual no es rebel\u00b7la i cedeix a aquest desafecte d&#8217;un fer obedient, burocr\u00e0tic, hiperproductiu i de qualsevol manera? Qui pertorbar\u00e0 les persones per recordar-los que s\u00f3n persones? Qui intentar\u00e0 canviar pessimisme per cr\u00edtica, resignaci\u00f3 per lligams amb els altres? Qui ens recordar\u00e0 que apagats servim millor la in\u00e8rcia d&#8217;un m\u00f3n que afavoreix els ja privilegiats? Qui escriur\u00e0 els poemes, els llibres, les obres capaces de trencar la cuirassa d&#8217;un esperit endurit per forces deshumanitzadores que es normalitzen? Qui descobrir\u00e0 solucions per a les malalties i mals que ens afecten?\u201d (p\u00e0g. 16).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s exactament aix\u00f2, impossible expressar-ho millor: volen <strong>deshumanitzar la doc\u00e8ncia<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 les persones s&#8217;oblidin que tenen dret a ser-ho. El cam\u00ed \u00e9s destruir-los el cervell, dit sense embuts ni escarafalls. Segurament, el m\u00f3n siliconitzat anir\u00e0 creant els simulacres per intentar suplir tot aix\u00f2; naturalment sense \u00e8xit. La humanitat sense humanitat cancel\u00b7la el seu futur, i els poemes i llibres i classes automatitzades quedaran nom\u00e9s per als pobres, els exclosos de la humanitat i els <strong>drets civils<\/strong>. Els habitants sense rostre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCap treballador ni cap treball suporten naturalitzar el fer sense sentit\u201d (p\u00e0g.106), conclou Zafra. \u00c9s cert. L&#8217;esborrat de la cultura t\u00e9 molt a veure amb el projecte deshumanitzador, que \u00e9s la realitat jur\u00eddica actual <strong>posthumanista<\/strong>: \u201cCaldria entendre que aquesta cultura \u00e9s clau per a la societat quan les persones roden deixant-se portar per un nihilisme reaccionari cap a la resignaci\u00f3 o el \u00abres, tret d&#8217;un mateix, importa\u00bb\u201d. \u00c9s urgent ressituar els treballs intel\u00b7lectuals i donar-los el valor social que es mereixen. Perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s evident que el menys preu a la cultura ha contribu\u00eft a les seva sobreexposici\u00f3 burocr\u00e0tica, a deixar-la llanguir entre tr\u00e0mits i requeriments que l&#8217;apaguen i la neutralitzen\u201d (p\u00e0g.192). El resultat \u00e9s un no-lloc en qu\u00e8 es fan no-classes, per a futures no-vides.<\/p>\n<p>La doc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s un treball intel\u00b7lectual, i els nostres pol\u00edtics volen desactivar-la obeint <strong>interessos siliconians<\/strong>. Si s&#8217;ofega burocr\u00e0ticament a la doc\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s per tal que desaparegui i s\u2019instal\u00b7li en el seu lloc el simulacre automatitzat, el dispositiu de submissi\u00f3. Un ministre o un conseller d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 hauria de tendir a emancipar, no a sotmetre. En el fons, es tracta del tradicional antiintel\u00b7lectualisme pretori\u00e0, per\u00f2 amb abillaments diferents, especialment seductors i aparentment equitatius: tots a baix, tots siliconitzats, uniformitzats, competencialitzats. Ning\u00fa creant, ning\u00fa investigant. Ja ho fan les elits i el Vatic\u00e0 californi\u00e0 que ara \u00e9s al comandament per tots nosaltres.<\/p>\n<p>Ensenyar \u00e9s resistir, aprendre \u00e9s resistir doblement. <strong>El Pedagogisme \u00e9s un pretorianisme mental<\/strong>, un ab\u00fas de viol\u00e8ncia simb\u00f2lica que buida la nostra professi\u00f3 de sentit i de significats. La Siliconitzaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s Progr\u00e9s, ni \u00e9s un moviment progressista. De fet acaba de fundar un Imperi i aspira a marginar els docents per implantar aplicacions sordes i unidireccionals. Si la doc\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 deixant de ser una feina \u201cintel\u00b7lectual\u201d per convertir-se en un acompanyament burocr\u00e0tic, el nostre ofici s&#8217;ha deshumanitzat definitivament, per convertir-se en un cam\u00ed mig entre el carceller i l&#8217;animador d&#8217;hotel. Alg\u00fa que aplica protocols i sotmet a la siliconitzaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria no \u00e9s un docent, sin\u00f3 un <strong>agent automatitzat<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, una cosa.<\/p>\n<p>Les coses s\u00f3n obedients i no plantegen problemes; i el pedagogisme oficial \u00e9s aix\u00f2: pulsi\u00f3 de control, necessitat de sotmetre, preveure, controlar, ordenar i dominar. Res a veure amb el que ha de succeir en una aula, on la cultura i la curiositat, el di\u00e0leg i la vida flueixin m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de <strong>compet\u00e8ncies agressives<\/strong> i d&#8217;expedients morts abans de n\u00e9ixer. L&#8217;escola no pot ser un cementiri d&#8217;obedi\u00e8ncies classificades, un ossari d&#8217;individualitats fragmentades, sin\u00f3 el lloc de l&#8217;emancipaci\u00f3 humana a trav\u00e9s de la transmissi\u00f3 de les cultures vives i la construcci\u00f3 de les comunitats de dem\u00e0.
