Al final, el que sempre torna (molt al meu pesar) \u00e9s aquest mantra desgastat amb tons d\u2019indifer\u00e8ncia sobre el car\u00e0cter c\u00edclic de la hist\u00f2ria. \u00c9s especialment irritant la percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 com aquell \u00e9sser incapa\u00e7 d\u2019aprendre la m\u00e9s m\u00ednima lli\u00e7\u00f3 de la hist\u00f2ria, com si cada individu arrossegu\u00e9s el pes del passat com <strong>S\u00edsif<\/strong>, sota l\u2019amena\u00e7a pessimista d\u2019una hist\u00f2ria determinista que sembla condemnar-lo a ser esclafat amb cada retroc\u00e9s pol\u00edtic. Per\u00f2 estem parlant, si \u00e9s que existeix, d\u2019una condemna completament diferent. El problema no \u00e9s la repetici\u00f3 de l\u2019error hist\u00f2ric, sin\u00f3 l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 indiferent davant d\u2019ell. A difer\u00e8ncia del que deia <strong>Camus<\/strong> en <em>El mite de S\u00edsif<\/em>, ens enfrontem a una indifer\u00e8ncia que, en comptes d\u2019alliberar-nos, ens far\u00e0 esclaus. El S\u00edsif digital, el nou indiferent, no nom\u00e9s accepta el seu c\u00e0stig: el gaudeix.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00f3n ja no es regeix per un <em>statu quo<\/em> visible i delimitable, on nom\u00e9s les institucions coercitives s\u00f3n visibles per la seva for\u00e7a bruta. Ara, sota una nova xarxa d\u2019algoritmes i control dopamin\u00e8rgic, el nou poder s\u2019ha perfeccionat amb ast\u00facia i poca transpar\u00e8ncia. Cal revisitar la teoria social cl\u00e0ssica. No per nost\u00e0lgia intel\u00b7lectual, sin\u00f3 per actualitzar-la amb la necessitat urgent de crear una resist\u00e8ncia equivalent al nou domini 2.0. Prenent com a exemple <strong>Walter Benjamin<\/strong>, ens trobem en un <em>Jetztzeit<\/em>, un &#8220;instant-detonador&#8221; on el temps es det\u00e9, desbordant-se de significat hist\u00f2ric. Tenim el deure de transformar radicalment el present a trav\u00e9s de la recuperaci\u00f3 del passat amb una perspectiva emancipadora. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019un passat que sempre \u201ctorna\u201d, cal veure\u2019l com un passat que \u201catorga\u201d i \u201callibera\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Antonio Gramsci<\/strong> va ser molt clar sobre els indiferents en el seu manifest <strong><em>Odio gli indifferenti<\/em><\/strong>. Per a l\u2019autor, aquests s\u00f3n c\u00f2mplices directes, amb la seva passivitat, en la perpetuaci\u00f3 del poder. Per\u00f2 l\u2019indiferent digital no \u00e9s com el cl\u00e0ssic. Al nou indiferent l\u2019han desprove\u00eft del coneixement de la seva pr\u00f2pia capacitat d\u2019elecci\u00f3. La seva ignor\u00e0ncia \u00e9s una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia directa d\u2019una neo-hegemonia digital perpetuada a trav\u00e9s de la devaluaci\u00f3 educativa. Perqu\u00e8 si un individu pensa, al final \u201c\u00e9s\u201d, i, per tant, \u00e9s lliure. O el que \u00e9s el mateix: si hi ha <em>cogito<\/em>, hi ha <em>sum<\/em>, parlant en termes socials. Per\u00f2 el nou indiferent queda dilu\u00eft en una sensibilitzaci\u00f3 exagerada que l\u2019allunya del coneixement genu\u00ed. De manera paradoxal, veiem en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 l\u2019eix on es juga la vict\u00f2ria o la derrota del poder, encarnada en la llibertat de l\u2019individu, en la seva presa de consci\u00e8ncia. Per\u00f2 en aquesta educaci\u00f3 de <strong>Schr\u00f6dinger<\/strong>, plena de potencialitats, l\u2019indiferent creat no ha de ser odiat, perqu\u00e8 no sap que ho \u00e9s. Cal repudiar, en canvi, qui els crea.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Docents indiferents creen alumnes indiferents. Trobo molt adient per parlar d\u2019aix\u00f2 la seg\u00fcent frase del manifest de Gramsci:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Odio els indiferents tamb\u00e9 per aix\u00f2: perqu\u00e8 m\u2019irrita el seu ploriqueig d\u2019eterns innocents. Demano comptes a cadascun d\u2019ells: com han afrontat la tasca que la vida els ha posat i els posa di\u00e0riament, qu\u00e8 han fet i, sobretot, qu\u00e8 no han fet.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s, doncs, un docent que accepta la problem\u00e0tica educativa actual sense q\u00fcestionar-la un dels pitjors indiferents? La vida no l\u2019ha posat davant aquesta tasca, ell s&#8217;hi ha comprom\u00e8s volunt\u00e0riament. Cal odiar-lo per tra\u00efdor. Un docent que crea indiferents \u00e9s un ox\u00edmoron aberrant dins del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>El problema \u00e9s l\u2019arrog\u00e0ncia tecno-optimista dels pedagogs que van percebre el progr\u00e9s com una l\u00ednia recta. \u00c9s per culpa seva que avui en dia hi ha una devaluaci\u00f3 educativa caracteritzada per un pedagogisme absurd. Un pla que ha despla\u00e7at el pensament cr\u00edtic de l\u2019alumnat a trav\u00e9s de pseudo-veritats absolutes i, sobretot, c\u00f2modes, que ofereixen una manera d\u2019aprendre t\u00e8cnica i fragmentada, on la mem\u00f2ria hist\u00f2rica es dissol en un exc\u00e9s de sensibilitat. \u00c9s tan flagrant que haur\u00edem de comen\u00e7ar a referir-nos-hi com a <strong><em>pedawokisme<\/em><\/strong>. Cal recordar-ho: encara que sigui c\u00f2moda per al docent, la hiperreactivitat emocional sense profunditat d\u2019an\u00e0lisi \u00e9s una eina de control a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com deia Gramsci, la pe\u00e7a clau per a la resist\u00e8ncia \u00e9s el docent com a intel\u00b7lectual org\u00e0nic transformador. Un professional no nom\u00e9s dins de l\u2019aula, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 fora d\u2019ella, capa\u00e7 de rebel\u00b7lar-se contra all\u00f2 imposat si \u00e9s injust o perjudicial per a la societat futura. Davant de l\u2019educador indiferent, cal reivindicar el paper del <strong>partis\u00e0 educatiu<\/strong>, un docent que participi de manera activa i desafii la nova hegemonia digital. Un partis\u00e0 que es comprometi amb una lluita contra el poder a trav\u00e9s del rebuig de qualsevol moda pedag\u00f2gica tecnocr\u00e0tica i que superi, d\u2019una vegada per totes, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 basada en compet\u00e8ncies i \u00e0mbits. El seu objectiu ha de ser formar un adult intel\u00b7lectualment emancipat, capa\u00e7 de rebutjar els valors d\u2019una cultura de l\u2019ofensa i la victimitzaci\u00f3 buida, el cant de sirena de l\u2019era digital. Per tant, aquest neo-docent no nom\u00e9s ha de rebutjar categ\u00f2ricament l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de continguts vinculats a la intel\u00b7lectualitat i a la cr\u00edtica del poder, com la literatura, la hist\u00f2ria, la filosofia o la ci\u00e8ncia (o la seva dissoluci\u00f3 en \u00e0mbits maliciosament difuminats), sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 haur\u00e0 de treballar per establir un nou front de resist\u00e8ncia contra l\u2019emocionalitat prefabricada del sistema hegem\u00f2nic digital, oferint racionalitat cr\u00edtica a l\u2019alumnat. \u00c9s l\u2019\u00fanica manera. Cal assegurar un conflicte constant davant la comoditat de l\u2019alumnat, perqu\u00e8 l\u2019emancipaci\u00f3 no sorgeix de la complaen\u00e7a, sin\u00f3 de la incomoditat.<\/p>\n<p>Amb tot, l\u2019educador partis\u00e0 ha de deslligar-se d\u2019una vegada per totes de la insulsa burocr\u00e0cia educativa per prendre el control complet. Tot aix\u00f2 en un espai amb eines de lluita pr\u00f2pies, lluny dels instruments tecnol\u00f2gics que perpetuen l\u2019hegemonia digital.
