Aquesta inquietud va impulsar l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de les jornades \u201c<strong>Ancoratges en el curr\u00edculum<\/strong>\u201d la setmana passada a Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels ponents destacats va ser el professor <strong>Nuno Crato<\/strong>, exministre d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de Portugal i reconegut pel seu paper clau en la millora dels resultats dels alumnes portuguesos a les proves internacionals PISA. Aquestes proves, on Catalunya obt\u00e9 resultats preocupants en comparaci\u00f3 amb altres pa\u00efsos de l&#8217;OCDE, s\u00f3n un indicador clau de la qualitat del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>La pon\u00e8ncia del professor Crato, titulada \u201c<strong>Qu\u00e8 ens diuen les enquestes internacionals i la ci\u00e8ncia moderna sobre l&#8217;ensenyament de les matem\u00e0tiques<\/strong>?\u201d, va tractar diversos temes. Donada la impossibilitat de resumir la totalitat del seu discurs en aquest article, us recomanem vivament escoltar alguna de les seves pon\u00e8ncies sobre l\u2019an\u00e0lisi dels resultats de les proves internacionals d\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest article, ens centrarem en una idea clau exposada pel professor Crato que pot ser aplicada de manera senzilla a les aules. La implementaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta idea dep\u00e8n, en \u00faltima inst\u00e0ncia, de la voluntat pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>Les proves PISA i TIMSS proporcionen, doncs, una valuosa perspectiva comparativa de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 entre pa\u00efsos i dins d&#8217;un mateix pa\u00eds al llarg del temps. L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi dels resultats d&#8217;aquestes proves permet identificar les mesures m\u00e9s efectives per aplicar a l&#8217;aula.<\/p>\n<p>A partir d&#8217;aquesta an\u00e0lisi exhaustiva de les dades, es poden determinar els factors associats al rendiment cient\u00edfic dels estudiants. Figure II.7.2 from OECD (2016b). http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1787\/888933436455<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi presentada pel professor Crato hauria de posar fi al debat sobre el mantra que s&#8217;ha popularitzat en els darrers anys a les escoles catalanes: &#8220;l&#8217;alumne ha de ser el centre del seu aprenentatge&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Amb dades emp\u00edriques a la m\u00e0, Crato demostra que la instrucci\u00f3 directa \u00e9s el factor que m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment es pot millorar a l&#8217;aula i que t\u00e9 un impacte positiu en el rendiment acad\u00e8mic dels estudiants en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit cient\u00edfic. Per contra, la instrucci\u00f3 basada en el descobriment presenta una relaci\u00f3 negativa amb la millora d\u2019aquest rendiment.<\/p>\n<p>Crato va destacar que un alumne, en qualsevol tema, \u00e9s un &#8220;principiant&#8221;. Com a tal, nom\u00e9s la instrucci\u00f3 directa garanteix una organitzaci\u00f3 adequada dels coneixements, des dels m\u00e9s simples fins als m\u00e9s complexos, i la memoritzaci\u00f3 a llarg termini d&#8217;aquests coneixements per a ser recuperats per la &#8220;mem\u00f2ria de treball&#8221; quan sigui necessari. En les seves paraules: &#8220;per aplicar coneixements, cal tenir coneixements&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop l&#8217;alumne ha adquirit un nivell d&#8217;expert&#8221; en un tema determinat, pot ser benefici\u00f3s proposar-li algun exercici basat en el descobriment:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24639\" src=\"https:\/\/educationalevidence.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/grafic_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"663\" srcset=\"https:\/\/educationalevidence.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/grafic_2.jpg 602w, https:\/\/educationalevidence.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/grafic_2-272x300.jpg 272w, https:\/\/educationalevidence.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/grafic_2-300x330.jpg 300w, https:\/\/educationalevidence.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/grafic_2-163x180.jpg 163w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El professor Crato va concloure la seva presentaci\u00f3 amb una afirmaci\u00f3 contundent: &#8220;Els pa\u00efsos que obtenen millors resultats s\u00f3n els que centren l&#8217;ensenyament en coneixements i no els que ho fan en compet\u00e8ncies&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Comentari a banda: Durant un dels col\u00b7loquis posteriors, un dels participants va q\u00fcestionar la rellev\u00e0ncia de les compet\u00e8ncies en la davallada dels resultats de PISA a Catalunya, argumentant que molts professors encara no les apliquen a l&#8217;aula. Aquesta intervenci\u00f3 va ser replicada per Josep Coll, inspector a les Illes Balears, qui va descriure amb dades i dates com la pol\u00edtica educativa espanyola ha anat redissenyant el curr\u00edculum des de inicis dels anys 90. Aquesta evoluci\u00f3 ha portat a un canvi de paradigma, passant d&#8217;un manual ordenat a un model actual que posa l&#8217;alumne al centre de l&#8217;aprenentatge, basat en compet\u00e8ncies amb una definici\u00f3 ambigua i provinents del m\u00f3n econ\u00f2mic, no educatiu, i que aposta per metodologies de descobriment del coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, des del curr\u00edculum LOGSE, s&#8217;estan posant obstacles a la instrucci\u00f3 directa dels coneixements a l&#8217;aula.<\/p>\n<p>___<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Refer\u00e8ncies:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Algunes de les lectures que Nuno Crato ens va recomanar:<\/p>\n<p><em>Improving a Country\u2019s Education<\/em>.
