Aqu\u00ed teniu una f\u00f3rmula directa:<\/p>\n<p><strong>E = (C + I)\/A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E: Educaci\u00f3; C: Coneixements; I: Inversions en educaci\u00f3; A: Arbitrarietats pol\u00edtiques<\/p>\n<p>Si sumem un menyspreu generalitzat pel coneixement (C), el condimentem amb inversions insuficients (I), i despr\u00e9s ho dividim per un exc\u00e9s d\u2019arbitrarietats pol\u00edtiques (A), el resultat \u00e9s clar: un sistema educatiu (E) que s\u2019enfonsa. Efectivament, si mirem les <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.libreria.educacion.gob.es\/libro\/pisa-2022-programa-para-la-evaluacion-internacional-de-los-estudiantes-informe-espanol_183950\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proves PISA 2022<\/a><\/span>, els resultats de Catalunya han estat els pitjors de la hist\u00f2ria a les tres compet\u00e8ncies avaluades (lectura, ci\u00e8ncies i matem\u00e0tiques). Els alumnes catalans han perdut l\u2019equivalent a un curs sencer en matem\u00e0tiques i casi dos en comprensi\u00f3 lectora en els \u00faltims 10 anys, i es situen a la cua d\u2019Espanya. A m\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00faltim <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.educacionfpydeportes.gob.es\/inee\/evaluaciones-internacionales\/timss\/timss-2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informe TIMSS 2023<\/a><\/span>, on s\u2019avaluen les compet\u00e8ncies matem\u00e0tiques dels alumnes de 4t de prim\u00e0ria a 59 pa\u00efsos del m\u00f3n, Catalunya queda per sota de la mitjana espanyola i molt lluny de la europea i de l\u2019OCDE. Per \u00faltim, a l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.libreria.educacion.gob.es\/libro\/pirls-2021-estudio-internacional-de-progreso-en-comprension-lectora-informe-espanol_17\">estudi PIRLS<\/a> 2021, fet a 57 pa\u00efsos del m\u00f3n, els estudiants catalans de 4t de prim\u00e0ria es desplomen en comprensi\u00f3 lectora.<\/p>\n<p>Les excuses, evidentment, no han trigat a apar\u00e8ixer. En primer lloc, la causa eren els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elperiodico.com\/es\/sociedad\/20231205\/departament-culpa-pesimos-resultados-pisa-95480175\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alumnes nouvinguts<\/a> i, com no, la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/beteve.cat\/societat\/impacte-pandemia-causa-informe-pisa-xavier-bonal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pand\u00e8mia<\/a><\/span>. Tamb\u00e9 es va dir que la mostra no era \u201cperfecta\u201d, segons el mateix Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3. Qui ho hagu\u00e9s dit? Potser haur\u00edem d&#8217;incloure als nostres consellers com a exemples, en els llibres de text de l\u00f2gica, il\u00b7lustrant el principi de contradicci\u00f3. Per\u00f2 intentem explicar les causes reals dels desgavell educatiu catal\u00e0 amb la nostra equaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menyspreu al coneixement (C)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tenim el primer ingredient clau de l\u2019equaci\u00f3: el menyspreu al coneixement. Aquest menyspreu no \u00e9s casual; \u00e9s m\u00e9s aviat un acte deliberat. \u00c9s com si alg\u00fa al Departament hagu\u00e9s llegit un manual de &#8220;com desmantellar un sistema educatiu en deu passos&#8221; i s\u2019hi hagu\u00e9s entregat amb entusiasme.<\/p>\n<p>Diguem-ho clar: treballar per projectes \u00e9s com fer pa sense llevat; pot semblar innovador al principi, per\u00f2 el resultat final \u00e9s ins\u00edpid i poc funcional. Els estudiants investiguen, debaten i presenten treballs. Fant\u00e0stic! Per\u00f2, i si els falta una base s\u00f2lida per comprendre qu\u00e8 estan investigant? Ah, detalls menors.<\/p>\n<p>El coneixement tradicional \u2013ja sabeu, all\u00f2 tan antiquat com aprendre hist\u00f2ria, literatura o ci\u00e8ncies amb profunditat\u2013 sembla haver-se convertit en un luxe. Fent una mica d\u2019hist\u00f2ria, durant els \u00faltims 10 anys, el treball per projectes \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica cada cop m\u00e9s estesa a Catalunya. Qualsevol coneixement que no tingui un valor aplicat o instrumental no \u00e9s primordial i se\u2019n pot prescindir. A m\u00e9s, el coneixement d\u2019assignatures com la filosofia, l\u2019\u00e8tica o la hist\u00f2ria estan perdent hores als curr\u00edculums de batxillerat. La nova ocurr\u00e8ncia del Departament ha estat, pel curs 2025-26, fer optatives algunes assignatures de modalitat de batxillerat que fins ara eren obligat\u00f2ries (literatura catalana i literatura castellana). A ci\u00e8ncies, la p\u00e8rdua del coneixement es redueix en picat. Les assignatures de F\u00edsica, Qu\u00edmica, Biologia i Geologia, que durant el curs 2021-2022 tenien 4 hores setmanals a 1r de batxillerat, es fusionaran en nom\u00e9s dues: \u00abF\u00edsica i Qu\u00edmica\u00bb d\u2019una banda, i \u00abBiologia i Geologia\u00bb, de l\u2019altra (amb 3 hores setmanals cadascuna). Les <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iec.cat\/noticia\/?id_noticia=3985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00edtiques<\/a><\/span> a aquesta nova ocurr\u00e8ncia no paren d\u2019arribar. Per\u00f2 no patiu, perqu\u00e8 l\u2019assignatura optativa trimestral \u201cReptes cient\u00edfics actuals\u201d segur que transformar\u00e0 els nostres joves en genis capa\u00e7os de resoldre el canvi clim\u00e0tic amb un parell de PowerPoints.<\/p>\n<p>A banda dels canvis curriculars anteriors, la p\u00e8rdua de coneixement tamb\u00e9 te relaci\u00f3 amb la disminuci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00fas dels llibres de text. El <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/linies-estrategiques\/pla-educacio-digital\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pla d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 digital de Catalunya 2020-2023<\/a><\/span> volia contribuir al desenvolupament de les compet\u00e8ncies digitals despr\u00e9s de la pand\u00e8mia. Es va entregar un ordinador a cada alumne entre 3r d\u2019ESO i 2n de batxillerat.\u00a0 Aquests ordinadors es van finan\u00e7ar amb el Fons Next Generation de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i van significar, per la major part de les assignatures, la desaparici\u00f3 dels llibres de text als instituts de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Al llibre Fahrenheit 451, de Ray Bradbury, els bombers havien de cremar els llibres. L\u2019obsessi\u00f3 del govern d\u2019aquesta societat imagin\u00e0ria era controlar millor a la poblaci\u00f3, que nom\u00e9s podia aprendre el que veia al televisor. Ara mateix, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 sembla actuar com un bomber del coneixement, substituint els llibres de paper pels ordinadors. Alguns professors, amb clara vocaci\u00f3 i compet\u00e8ncies desbordants, perduren a l\u2019ombra del que succeeix, explicant el que poden, sense llibres. La majoria observen com els seus alumnes miren les pantalles amb els ulls extraviats en el cosmos digital, amb el dif\u00edcil repte de preservar la seva integritat ps\u00edquica i fer-los arribar, en el millor dels casos, unes \u201cp\u00edndoles de coneixement\u201d. Moltes vegades, ni tan sols poden fer examen memor\u00edstics, i es veuen obligats a aprovar-los, no sigui cas que tinguessin una frustraci\u00f3 per un susp\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Davant d\u2019aquest menyspreu pel coneixement, els pedagogs han substitu\u00eft als docents en la planificaci\u00f3 dels curr\u00edculums educatius. Aquesta oligarquia dissenya, en l\u2019actualitat, el nou model educatiu i justifica la seva exist\u00e8ncia amb una verborrea amb pinzellades de deliris de grandesa, multiplicant la seva implantaci\u00f3 als \u00f2rgans de poder del Departament. Ens demanen papers sense utilitat, per justificar un objectiu al que semblen haver consagrat les seves vides: la felicitat dels alumnes i la seva estabilitat emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 la davallada del coneixement, segons un estudi de la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/fundaciobofill.cat\/noticies\/la-fundacio-bofill-proposa-13-mesures-per-millorar-a-matematiques-suports-als-docents-i-en-atendre-la-diversitat-de-nivells-a-l-aula-resultats-timsss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3 Bofill<\/a><\/span>, t\u00e9 una altra causa: la falta de formaci\u00f3 dels docents. Mare de deu!! Imaginem per un moment que aix\u00f2 fos veritat. Llavors, el Departament hauria de posar remei, oferint cursos de formaci\u00f3 als ignorants professors. Hem fet un experiment per comprovar si, efectivament, els nostres \u201cjefes\u201d estan posant remei a la nostra incompet\u00e8ncia. Hem buscat a la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/info-general\/cercador-activitats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">web oficial<\/a><\/span> que ofereix cursos als professors. A la data de fer aquest article hi ha una oferta de cursos de la mat\u00e8ria de filosofia completament nul\u00b7la; de ci\u00e8ncies socials hi ha nom\u00e9s 3 cursos; de matem\u00e0tiques tenim 15; de ci\u00e8ncies nom\u00e9s 12 i de llengua i literatura 36. Per\u00f2, estem salvats!! Tenim 41 cursos de benestar emocional; 107 de curr\u00edculum i noves metodologies i 355 de compet\u00e8ncia digital.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falta d\u2019inversi\u00f3 en educaci\u00f3 (I)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els recursos econ\u00f2mics invertits en educaci\u00f3 (I) tamb\u00e9 afecten als resultats educatius (E). Amb menys diners, les r\u00e0tios d\u2019alumnes per professor pugen, l&#8217;estabilitat de les plantilles cau i no hi ha recursos per a l&#8217;escola inclusiva. Evidentment, un professor pot atendre 30 alumnes i , al mateix temps, descobrir el sentit de la vida. \u00c9s pura multitasca educativa!<\/p>\n<p>Invertir en educaci\u00f3, segons sembla, \u00e9s una idea massa radical per implementar-la. I qu\u00e8 millor per demostrar-ho que les 961 escoles amb barracons? Aquests s\u00f3n l\u2019equivalent educatiu d\u2019un sof\u00e0 plegable: s\u00ed, t\u00e8cnicament funcionen, per\u00f2 ning\u00fa no els tria per gust. I ara mateix, Catalunya \u00e9s la comunitat aut\u00f2noma d\u2019Espanya amb m\u00e9s barracons provisionals. Aquests edificis prefabricats permeten cobrir la demanda demogr\u00e0fica d\u2019aquell moment concret sense una gran inversi\u00f3, amb m\u00e9s sorolls ambientals, altes\/baixes temperatures i espais \u00a0inadequats per fer certes activitats (educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, laboratoris, biblioteques \u00a0o menjadors).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ens falten professionals educatius per atendre als alumnes m\u00e9s conflictius o amb problemes psicol\u00f2gics. El departament va fer <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/interior.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/010_el_departament\/publicacions\/seguretat\/estudis_i_enquestes\/estudis_de_convivencia_escolar\/enquesta_de_convivencia_escolar_i_seguretat_a_catalunya_curs_2005___2006\/docs\/resum_informe_ecesc_2005-2006_cat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dos estudis<\/a><\/span> sobre aquests conflictes els anys 2000 i 2005, on es va detectar una pujada de les agressions f\u00edsiques, sexuals, psicol\u00f2giques, i un augment dels alumnes que admeten haver portat armes a classe. Tot i la gravetat d\u2019aquests fets i de la import\u00e0ncia de la continu\u00eftat d\u2019aquest estudi, el cert \u00e9s que no s\u2019ha fet m\u00e9s. Per\u00f2 tranquils, que ja tenim la soluci\u00f3! Existeix la figura del COCOBE, una creaci\u00f3 tan pr\u00e0ctica com una bicicleta amb una sola roda. Aquest \u201cnyap\u201d de dimensions colossals nom\u00e9s amaga la falta d\u2019inversions en professionals especialistes de l\u2019\u00e0mbit sanitari i de psic\u00f2legs als centres educatius de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Augment de les arbitrarietats educatives (A)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed entrem al terreny de l\u2019autonomia de centres, una idea magn\u00edfica que ha acabat convertida en el somni humit dels directors\/es amb deliris de grandeza. Decrets de plantilles i decrets de direccions s\u00f3n els causants de la major arbitrarietat del sistema educatiu catal\u00e0. Si tens un amic director, perfecte! Si no, potser acabes ensenyant pl\u00e0stica quan el teu camp \u00e9s la filosofia. Ah, la meritocr\u00e0cia, quin concepte tan sobrevalorat!<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 el millor de tot s\u00f3n les lleis canviants. La LOMCE, la LOE, la LOMLOE&#8230; Cada nova reforma educativa \u00e9s com un cap\u00edtol d\u2019una s\u00e8rie de Netflix: no t\u2019hi pots enganxar perqu\u00e8 no saps qu\u00e8 passar\u00e0 despr\u00e9s. Per\u00f2 una cosa s\u00ed que \u00e9s segura: els alumnes s\u00f3n els conillets d\u2019\u00edndies d\u2019aquests experiments, i la frustraci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic resultat constant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s cert que avui l\u2019educaci\u00f3 es fa amb una qualitat i en unes condicions millors que fa un segle i que la major part dels professors creiem apassionadament en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 com a font de millora de la humanitat. Molts continuarem lluitant contra el desgavell educatiu que deixa sense protecci\u00f3 als m\u00e9s vulnerables, per que creiem que les escoles i instituts s\u00f3n ascensors socials pels adolescents m\u00e9s desfavorits.<\/p>\n<p>Catalunya no nom\u00e9s ha escrit una p\u00e0gina negra en els llibres de resultats educatius, sin\u00f3 que sembla decidida a enquadernar tot un volum. Mentre els professors lluitem per fer miracles a les aules, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 continua perfeccionant la seva f\u00f3rmula del desastre.
