Mentre la nostra societat sol parlar d&#8217;aquesta pot\u00e8ncia patol\u00f2gica com d&#8217;un problema individual, sembla clar que l&#8217;estr\u00e8s s&#8217;injecta i es gradua des de les institucions per mantenir unides les societats i els Estats. Si no, sense pressi\u00f3 ideol\u00f2gica, sense subtils sistemes de vigil\u00e0ncia, com aconseguirien sobreviure les estructures verticals?<\/p>\n<p>La particular concepci\u00f3 que el fil\u00f2sof de Karlsruhe t\u00e9 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s ens ajuda a comprendre qu\u00e8 passa a l&#8217;<strong>Europa de les reformes competencials<\/strong>. En un altre lloc he escrit llarg i a bastantment de les nostres lleis d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 com a dispositius \u201cnacionalistes\u201d, \u00e9s a dir, com a definidores d&#8217;ortod\u00f2xies que deixen fora tota mena de \u201cdissidents\u201d, \u201cantics\u201d o \u201cganduls obsolets\u201d que han d&#8217;anar sent reempla\u00e7ats a la nostra vida p\u00fablica. El problema \u00e9s quan aquests mateixos reempla\u00e7aments deixen d&#8217;arribar, perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;estressor oficial s&#8217;ha passat de la ratlla i, en comptes d&#8217;obedi\u00e8ncia, el que cultiva \u00e9s un mer col\u00b7lapse i atorga m\u00e9s dividends la desobedi\u00e8ncia o la dissimulaci\u00f3 que l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de \u201cl&#8217;autocr\u00edtica\u201d \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Les revolucions, segons Sloterdijk, s\u00f3n injeccions enormes d&#8217;estr\u00e8s social, que possibiliten els canvis accelerats i estimulen la productivitat. El mestre de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s pol\u00edtic era, naturalment, <strong>I\u00f2sif Stalin<\/strong>, del qual els nostres legisladors m\u00e9s visionaris i mil\u00b7lenaristes i les seves claques medi\u00e0tiques no s\u00f3n sin\u00f3 aprenents de tercera fila: no obstant, en ser incapa\u00e7os tots de construir una alternativa al Tecnolibertarisme siliconi\u00e0, s&#8217;han convertit en perillosos clons del <strong>cibergur\u00fa californi\u00e0<\/strong>. I si als telepredicadors de la Ciberveritat els hi afegim tota la c\u00e0rrega acusat\u00f2ria del neocalvinisme avui hegem\u00f2nic, la gran festa de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s insostenible est\u00e0 servida.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>monomania constructivista<\/strong> (en realitat, un dogma) ens ha liquat les vides, i tamb\u00e9 les escoles: \u201cDes de fa unes d\u00e8cades, s&#8217;ha convertit en una moda intel\u00b7lectual definir com a construcci\u00f3 tota mena d&#8217;autoritat del m\u00f3n que habitem en com\u00fa, per aix\u00ed despullar-la de qualsevol aparen\u00e7a de naturalitat i autoevid\u00e8ncia. La \u201csocietat\u201d es presentar\u00e0 sempre com el constructor com\u00fa. D\u2019aqu\u00ed que es parli, com si fos el m\u00e9s normal, de la construcci\u00f3 social de les necessitats, de la construcci\u00f3 social de la inf\u00e0ncia, de la construcci\u00f3 social de la sexualitat, de la construcci\u00f3 social de la feminitat i fins i tot de la construcci\u00f3 social de la menopausa\u201d (p\u00e0g.51). Segur que tot aix\u00f2 ens sonar\u00e0. El problema \u00e9s que aquesta reducci\u00f3 dels conceptes a la pura reactivitat emocional no ha condu\u00eft a un espai de llibertat m\u00e9s gran, sin\u00f3 a una mena d&#8217;estat estressant de vigil\u00e0ncia ortodoxa m\u00fatua.<\/p>\n<p>Com ha estat possible? Sloterdijk ho explica de la manera seg\u00fcent: \u201cAra m&#8217;agradaria explicar per qu\u00e8 el discurs sobre la construcci\u00f3 social de la realitat t\u00e9 un significat diferent del que pretenen els adeptes de l&#8217;argot constructivista. De fet, a la modernitat la realitat \u00e9s una construcci\u00f3, per\u00f2 no una construcci\u00f3 del subjecte, sin\u00f3 una construcci\u00f3 dels defensors de l&#8217;objectivitat, que no pretenen altra cosa que evitar l&#8217;evasi\u00f3 del subjecte de la realitat comuna de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s\u201d (p\u00e0g. 52). En altres paraules, els que semblen m\u00e9s llibertaris s\u00f3n, en realitat, els m\u00e9s autoritaris, que prometen el contrari del que imposen. Aix\u00f2 explicaria que els pedagogistes i els lomloistes, en nom del llibertarisme rousseauni\u00e0, en nom de la lleugeresa i l&#8217;equitat, obliguin a formar part de ramats humans que declinen pensar per si mateixos, obligant la poblaci\u00f3 a romandre a la minoria d&#8217;edat civil , o a resignar-se a la seva condici\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica considerada una \u201cidentitat\u201d o un \u201c\u00e9sser\u201d, coaccionant els partidaris de l&#8217;estudi, l&#8217;autodisciplina, la mobilitat i els sentits durs, objectivats, racionalistes. Recomanant l&#8217;exili i l&#8217;ostracisme per als dissidents d&#8217;avui, partidaris dels significats compartits i els coneixements l\u00f2gics i seq\u00fcenciats.<\/p>\n<p>En altres paraules, <strong>el pedagogisme utilitza l&#8217;estr\u00e8s com a eina de coacci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica<\/strong> per acabar amb la pluralitat identit\u00e0ria i els futurs diversos, per crear una unanimitat ideol\u00f2gica redu\u00efda a l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard digital obligatori. Un est\u00e0ndard exhibicionista, emorreacionari, ultraconsumista, hedonista fins a l&#8217;anhedonia generalitzada i hiperactiva. Aix\u00ed \u00e9s el Tecnolibertarisme, una ideologia psicop\u00e0tica i \u00e8ticament irresponsable: una estrat\u00e8gia de mercat impecable i totalment invasiva, absoluta en la fortalesa d&#8217;arguments c\u00edclics.<\/p>\n<p>Escriu Peter Sloterdijk, el 2011: \u201csi la nova llibertat arriba fins al punt que enderroca el pes del que \u00e9s objectiu, la reacci\u00f3 de la realitat no es fa esperar. A partir d&#8217;aquell moment, el concepte de realitat com a tal adopta un to reactiu, fins i tot amb un deix restauratiu. La modernitat nom\u00e9s arriba a descobrir qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la realitat despr\u00e9s que el seu intent per enderrocar el seu pes arrib\u00e9s a l&#8217;\u00e8xit durant un temps fitat\u201d (p\u00e0g. 44). Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que acaba de passar despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la <strong>LOMLOE<\/strong>, ja fa quatre anys. Amb aquesta nova revoluci\u00f3 tensora, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s docent i discent ha arribat a un volum tan gran que ha convertit la reforma en un proc\u00e9s impossible, per la senzilla ra\u00f3 que qualsevol altra proposta m\u00e9s \u201crealista\u201d, fins i tot m\u00e9s insatisfact\u00f2ria, en el sentit de menys ut\u00f2pica i m\u00e9s disciplin\u00e0ria, era m\u00e9s tolerable.<\/p>\n<p>La crida a l&#8217;adhesi\u00f3 que feia trenta anys que funcionava ha fet fallida: no es pot complir amb els decrets d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 emanats de la LOMLOE. Produeix menys risc i menys estr\u00e8s la desobedi\u00e8ncia que la servitud a un constructe cultural tan aberrant. L&#8217;ortod\u00f2xia i la indefensi\u00f3 jur\u00eddica han deixat fora tanta gent que el sistema est\u00e0 a punt d&#8217;implosionar, com ja ha passat a Catalunya, on la <strong>Innovaci\u00f3 Disruptiva<\/strong> ha estat tan violenta que no ha deixat cap espai de vida pr\u00f2pia o creativitat.<\/p>\n<p>Tota possible objectivitat s&#8217;ha volatilitzat, tot possible respir al marge de la burocr\u00e0cia de vigil\u00e0ncia s&#8217;ha esfumat: l&#8217;\u00fanic que realment tenim sobre la taula \u00e9s la irrupci\u00f3 de la realitat (les proves PISA, els \u00edndexs d&#8217;ansietat) que, efectivament, pren la forma d&#8217;una reactivitat restaurativa, una for\u00e7a centr\u00edpeta que es fa en nom de la reflexi\u00f3 i del sentit com\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Al seu torn, els pedagogistes m\u00e9s medi\u00e0tics s&#8217;esforcen m\u00e9s que mai a mantenir l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de submissi\u00f3, la seva revoluci\u00f3 tensora, la seva hegemonia cultural liquant, la seva praxi persecut\u00f2ria i acusadora. Per\u00f2 aquest estr\u00e8s laboral que provoquen \u00e9s insostenible, els estralls que ha causat en la credibilitat del sistema ens aboquen a una crisi generalitzada de confian\u00e7a, a una fallida social que nom\u00e9s afavoreix un disseny privatitzador, desregulador i desigualador. La revoluci\u00f3 siliconiana en curs \u00e9s un esfor\u00e7 extractiu, no pas una metodologia pedag\u00f2gica que triomfa. Ja no \u00e9s possible dissimular-ho m\u00e9s: la intrusi\u00f3 empresarial \u00e9s massa descarada. L&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia del nou sentit com\u00fa ultraconservador ja \u00e9s una altra: mostrar que l&#8217;intrusisme extractiu ja \u00e9s inevitable, totalment real i irreformable, convertint la resignaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;\u00fanic cam\u00ed possible. Des d&#8217;un punt de vista tecnofeudal, la reforma cibercompetencial ha estat un \u00e8xit indiscutible, des d&#8217;un punt de vista pedag\u00f2gic ha estat una aut\u00e8ntica cat\u00e0strofe.<\/p>\n<p>La pregunta que ens haur\u00edem de fer, per tant, \u00e9s: Com reaccionar sense reaccionarisme? Com fomentar el que Sloterdijk anomena \u201cliberalitat\u201d sense tornar a caure a les presons de la naturalesa neoliberal? Com ser liberals sense ser neoliberals? Com deixar d&#8217;acceptar que l&#8217;\u00fanica possibilitat per a docents i discents sigui un estr\u00e8s aclaparador, aqu\u00ed on el sistema posa tot el seu esfor\u00e7 a negar que aquest estr\u00e8s existeixi? Qu\u00e8 cal restaurar? Qu\u00e8 fem, en definitiva? Com ens deslliurem del pedagogisme que \u00e9s el bra\u00e7 secular de la Postdemocr\u00e0cia-mercat?
