Aquest treball, publicat a la revista cient\u00edfica <em>Psicothema<\/em>, <strong>suposa la primera evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica de tipus experimental d&#8217;aquesta teoria<\/strong>, que va ser desenvolupada pel professor Samuel P. L. Veissi\u00e8re, investigador de la McGill University de Mont-real (el Canad\u00e0) l&#8217;any 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Per a dur a terme aquest experiment, els cient\u00edfics de la\u00a0UGR\u00a0van treballar amb una mostra formada per 86 subjectes, que van dividir en dos grups. \u201cEn un dels grups (el grup d&#8217;expectativa social) instru\u00efm a cada participant perqu\u00e8 envi\u00e9s un missatge a trav\u00e9s de Whatsapp als seus contactes m\u00e9s actius en el qual s&#8217;explicava que anaven a participar en una tasca \u00abemocionant dins d&#8217;un univers de realitat virtual\u00bb (el mateix missatge en tots els casos)\u201d, explica <strong>Jorge L\u00f3pez\u00a0Puga<\/strong>, investigador del departament de Personalitat, Avaluaci\u00f3 i Tractament Psicol\u00f2gic de la UGR i autor principal del treball.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;altre grup (grup control), no li van demanar que enviessin aquest missatge \u00abemocionant\u00bb als seus contactes. \u201cSeguidament, demanem a tots dos grups de persones que desactivessin les seves notificacions i que deixessin els seus tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils sobre la taula boca avall mentre realitzaven una activitat inusual submergits en un entorn de realitat virtual. Quan va acabar la interacci\u00f3 amb la tasca de realitat virtual, deixem als participants sense fer res i sense poder utilitzar els seus tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest per\u00edode de \u00abno fer res\u00bb, els permetem a tots els participants tornar a usar Whatsapp\u201d, explica l&#8217;investigador.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Activitat electro-galv\u00e0nica de la pell<\/h2>\n<p>Durant tot el proc\u00e9s els cient\u00edfics de la UGR van estar mesurant l&#8217;activitat electro-galv\u00e0nica de la pell, un par\u00e0metre que s&#8217;interpreta com un indicador de l&#8217;activitat del nostre sistema nervi\u00f3s aut\u00f2nom, \u00e9s a dir, una esp\u00e8cie de mesura fisiol\u00f2gica d&#8217;ansietat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObservem aix\u00ed que el grup amb expectativa social va estar m\u00e9s tibant durant tot l&#8217;experiment. Tamb\u00e9 es va observar que aquest grup es va posar m\u00e9s ansi\u00f3s quan es va sol\u00b7licitar que deixessin d&#8217;usar el tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil.
